Since up to 93 percent of information is communicated non-verbally,  imagine the effort spent on words delivered without being aware of what messages our body reveals. Ms. O’Donovan, who teaches Persuasive Speaking at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, will provide insights on how body language can provide increased levels of confidence in your next interview and optimize first impressions to build rapport with hiring managers. She is passionate about helping everyone discover their inner superpower through understanding the fascinating science of body language and interpersonal skills.

Shelly ODonovan, CEO of the Authentic Influence Group, has focused her career on cultivating authentic influence and decoding what makes people tick. She has led vaccine advocacy for GSK, worked as a healthcare lobbyist, and served as a staffer in state government. She has an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania, a Marketing certification from Wharton School (of UPENN) and a BA in political science. She has a certification in body language training and the big 5 personality from a  behavioral research lab.
