Beth Wilson Describes Building A Career Network

Joseph’s People Central Delaware County (JPCD) welcomes Beth Wilson, who will present “Build Your Career Network!” The program is Aug. 7, 7-8:30 p.m. at Media Presbyterian Church’s Hassler Chapel, 30 E. Baltimore Ave., Media, PA 19063.

The chapel can be accessed from the Baltimore Avenue side, to the left of the main door, or around back on E. Franklin Street, enter the back door and go up the stairs. All are welcome, without regard to religious affiliation.

How do you identify those who can move your job search forward? Where can you find local networking opportunities? Are you expanding your contacts by maximizing LinkedIn? Is your request to talk clear and compelling?

Your career network is an invaluable source of information whether you are searching for your next job, managing your current position, considering a career change or seeking further education or volunteer opportunities.

Join us on August 7th to learn a strategy to expand and energize your connections. Hear what to say when you meet someone and how best to follow-up with your contacts. Discuss how to realistically address the challenges we all face in networking!
