Empty Chair Day For Barack Obama — Labor Day has become  Empty Chair Day. The hashtag #EmptyChairDay has been trending on Twitter all morning.

It is being done in solidarity with Clint Eastwood’s address at the Republican National Convention in which he used an empty chair to represent President Obama.
Millions of people are posting photos of empty chairs, making comments and saying not-so-nice things about our President and Democrats in general.
Luis Rosas, for instance, tweeted the below photo with the caption “My empty chair is busy bowing to foreign leaders”:

Ex-SEALs Against Obama

Those who served in the Special Forces are piling on Barack Obama.

The group of former U.S. Special Forces and intelligence personnel behind Special Operations OPSEC Education Fund Inc. launched a campaign earlier this week hammering the President for his inclination to credit himself for killing Osama bin Laden and to reveal classified information for political reasons.
Now Special Operations for America which was started by Ryan Zinke, a Montana State Senator and former commander of Navy SEAL Team Six, has released a documentary doing the same thing.

Obama Poster Guy Cops Plea — Shepard Fairey, the designer of those once-cool Obama “Hope” poster who was last seen on these pages being chased out of Europe as a “Yankee hipster“, has pleaded guilty to criminal contempt stemming from a copyright lawsuit over his iconic poster.

The Associated Press sued Fairey saying he violated the copyright held by the news service regarding the photo on which he based his poster.

Fairey said uh uh, that it was a different photo.

Well, no it wasn’t. But Fairey deleted files and created false documentation to show otherwise and that is why he now faces a six-month prison sentence.

Fairey says lying to the court was the worst thing that he’s ever done.

Actually, the worst thing that he has ever done was in November 2008 when  voted for an complete incompetent to run this country.

Why Americans Dislike Obama — Scott Ott writing on PJMedia.Com explains why most of us are feeling very uncomfortable regarding President Obama. He notes that this discomfort occurs:

  • When he makes recess appointments (to the National Labor Relations
    Board and to the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) while the
    Senate is not in recess;
  • When he does through bureaucratic regulation what he cannot accomplish legally through persuasion of the people’s legislature;
  • When he stands before the Congress, the nation, and the Supreme
    Court, as he did during a State of the Union address, and publicly
    rebukes the Court for a decision he didn’t like;
  • When he initiates overseas military adventures (i.e., Libya) without congressional approval;
  • When he campaigns around the country saying “we can’t wait” for

    social experiments, despite the demonstrated failure of his previous
    experiments.
  • When he erects “a Multitude of new Offices, and [sends] hither

Ott says points out that the last when was originally a reference to George III.

President Barack Obama wants to cut our nuclear deterrent to 300 warheads which will be less than France and probably Israel much less the People’s Republic of China.

Existing treaties establish our limit at 1,550 warheads by 2018.

Judge Finds That Obama Should Stay On Ga. Ballot

Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia’s Office of Administrative Hearings issued a 10-page finding yesterday, Feb. 3, in which he declared the evidence to remove President Obama from his state’s November ballot on the grounds that he is not a natural born citizen and hence violates the Constitutional requirements to hold the office to be “unsatisfactory” and “insufficient to support the plantiffs’ allegations.”

Malihi said that those who testified about alleged fraud concerning the President’s birth certificate were never qualified as experts in forged documents or document manipulation, and that a 2009 ruling by the Indiana Court of Appeals declared that children born within the United States are natural-born citizens, regardless of the citizenry of their parents.

Malihi did harshly criticize the behavior of the president’s attorney, Michael Jablonski of Atlanta, who declined to attend the hearing on his client’s behalf.

“By deciding this matter on the merits, the court in no way condones the
conduct or legal scholarship of defendant’s attorney. This decision is entirely based on the law, as well as
the evidence and legal arguments presented at the hearing,” Malihi wrote.

The final decision as to whether the President should remain on the ballot, however, rests with Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

I will go out on a limb and say that this story will be reported prominently in today’s Philadelphia Inquirer, and that for most of their readers it will be the first they hear about it.
