ISIS Losing MAGA Winning

ISIS Losing MAGA Winning

ISIS — which stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria and is also known as Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and DAESH which is an Arabic acronym — is losing big.

More than a thousand fighters who have sworn to die rather than surrender surrendered last week.

The group of fanatics that Barack Obama called the J.V. team in 2014 captured huge swaths of the Middle East in the last two years of his term including the major city of Mosul. They subjected the conquered to depravation and terror.

And now, during the last 10 months, they appear have been crushed due to American support and policy changes.

MAGA. That stands for Make America Great Again.

Democrat Party Connections To Terror And Hate

Democrat Party Connections To Terror And Hate

The articles a good search provides are endless related to the recent decade of Democrat calls to violence.  Does the Democrats proclivity for bloodshed attracts those who advocate murder and mayhem to their side or did they advocate violence in order to gain the support of Hezbollah and its military wing Hamas (the Islamic Resistance) CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood?

Obama gave $33 billion to Iran, the world’s number one sponsor of Hezbollah terror on his way out the White House door.   Democrat leadership did nothing to stop him.  It was paid in gold and cash.  How best to kick back American taxpayer dollars to our socialist democrats or to pay for influence in Hezbollah, one hand washing the other.

If Iran is the number one sponsor of terrorism, what does that make America who is now a huge contributor to that nation? Democrat-led American governments have become an important financial supporter of terror around the world.

This substantive evidence underwrites the Democrat elite’s financial and philosophical support of terror.  In fact, they have not shied away from supporting domestic terror.  Black Lives Matter has proven their affection for violence in the US. They spent the summer of 2016 inciting riots in cities around the country and warring against police departments over false tales of police brutality.  Occupy Wall Street rioters had the support of the attempted mass murderer of US Senators  in Alexandria, James Hodgkinson.

So when US officials call for “taking to the streets” (Obama, Loretta Lynch, Tim Kaine) have no doubt as to the violence they are advocating.

Kerns Opposes Missile Attack On Syria

Kerns Opposes Missile Attack On Syria — Dale Kerns of Ridley, who is running as a Libertarian in the 2018 United States Senate race for the seat held by Democrat Bob Casey, says President Trump did not have congressional authority to fire missiles yesterday (April 6)  at a Syrian government airbase that had been used to launch chemical weapons against civilians.  Kerns is not alone. Others, however, argue that the action is justified by the Authorization for Use of Military Force passed Sept. 14, 2001 which has allowed previous administrations to launch strikes throughout the Mideast. As the U.S already has troops fighting in Syria, it’s hard to see that it’s not.

Here is Kerns statement:

Our campaign is against military intervention as a preemptive strike, and without congressional approval. The United States Constitution gives Congress the power to go to war, not the President.

Since 2014 we have been bombing Islamic State targets without Congressional authorization under President Obama’s executive action. Now President Trump has turned airstrikes toward the Syrian Regime, again without Congressional approval which is unconstitutional. Article 1 Section 8 Clause 11 of the Constitution explicitly gives Congress this power not the POTUS. This dictator like behavior should be condemned no matter which party is in power. Congressional approval assures by best possible measures that the Republic is at work, and the branch closest to the people are held accountable for such actions. At this point we are carelessly going into war, without a known plan, without strategic measures, and without an end result. America deserves better. We deserve to carefully weigh all options, consequences, and countermeasures to those results.

Trump Explains Law To Judges

Trump Explains Law To Judges
President Trump with Chesco Sheriff Bunny Welsh.

Trump Explains Law To Judges — Donald Trump just finished (Feb. 8) a powerful and inspiring speech to the National Sheriffs’ Association. He praised law enforcement and said those involved had a friend in the White House. He warned they most hold themselves to high standards, remove the bad actors among them and be good role models.

He said youth murders were a national tragedy and that every child — even those in Detroit, Chicago and Baltimore — had a right to play outside in peace and attend school without fear, or pressure to join a gang.

He said he wasn’t joking about building the wall on the Mexican border and that it was being designed as he spoke.

Probably most significantly he took on the activist judges and pundits snarling his ban on those seeking entry from seven terrorist-controlled nations.  It was about time. Thank God he has the spine. He read the law INA 212 (f) verbatim:

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

He cracked a cracked joke about the pronoun “he” being politically incorrect and noted that what was being discussed by the pundit/legal class had nothing to do with the perfectly clear statement that he read.

He said he had planned to give a month’s, and then a week’s, notice regarding his ban but was dissuaded by his security advisors as it would have allowed terrorists planning entry to move up their timetable.

As the President implied, it is political-based decisions by judges that are causing the courts to come into disrespect, not anything he is saying.

In a side note, Chester County’s wonderful Sheriff Bunny Welsh was seen worldwide sitting next to the President, yesterday, when he met with leaders of theNational Sheriffs’ Association at the White House.

Pa Drivers License Ineligible For Air Travel Come 2018

Pa Drivers License Ineligible For Air Travel Come 2018 — A Pennsylvania drivers license will not be accepted for boarding an airplane a year from now.

The state license is not compliant with the federal REAL ID Act of 2005.

And Pennsylvania law — Act 38 of 2012 — specifically prevents the state from being in compliance.

Something is obviously going to have to give, and it will be interesting to see which way. Many civil libertarians, including Evangelist Christians, oppose REAL ID on 10th Amendment grounds and from a fear it will lead to a national identity card.  Those primarily concerned about illegal immigration, however, support it. Pa Drivers License Ineligible For Air Travel Come 2018 -- A Pennsylvania drivers license will not be accepted for boarding an airplane a year from now.

President-Elect Trump was strongly supported by both sides.

Stay tuned.

Khizr Khan Emotions And Policy

Khizr Khan Emotions And Policy
The only hope this November.

Khizr Khan Emotions And Policy — Khizr Khan, a Harvard lawyer and Muslim, made a blistering attack on Donald Trump, July 28, during the Democrat National Convention concerning Trump’s concern about sleeper terrorists entering this country under the guise of Muslim refugees.

“Donald Trump consistently smears the character of Muslims,” he said as wife, Ghazala, stood silently by his side. “He disrespects other minorities, women, judges, even his own party leadership. He vows to build walls and ban us from this country.”

The last sentence implies a permanent ban and isn’t true, but never mind that.

The Khans’ son Humayun lost his life while serving in Iraq in 2004 receiving a Bronze star and Purple Heart for his heroism. The media is trying to tie the label of cowardly chickenhawk on The Donald, which is ironic since by 2004 when young Humayun died he was speaking out against the war, and rather prophetically.

Khan made the point that there are Muslims who can be loyal, good and patriotic Americans.

Fine.

But Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik; Nidal Hasan; Omar Mir Seddique Mateen; Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev;  and 19  9/11 hijackers make the far stronger point that there is something seriously wrong with the Islamic philosophy towards life and we better recognize it.

This is not religious argument. Nobody is talking about vetting people concerning theological beliefs about the nature, or even existence, of God. This is a value argument. Do we have unalienable rights or can someone kill another simply because he disagrees with his belief about the nature of God?

We had better start vetting people as to whether they hold the latter view and keep them from coming here. Further, we had better start teaching those already here who hold this view that they are seriously wrong and that believing murder is OK for religious reasons will not be tolerated.

And with regard to diversity and such, where are the Catholic cathedrals and Baptist churches and Jewish synagogues in Mecca? Maybe we should start pushing that these things be allowed there, hmmm?

If one wants to save this country Trump is the only choice this November no matter how obnoxious your “betters” say he is.

Prayers For Police After Dallas

Prayers For Police After Dallas — As information comes in from Dallas — the latest is five police killed and six wounded from last night’s (July 7) sniper attack at a Black Lives Matter protest — we continue to keep all men and women in law enforcement in our prayers.

There is no liberty without law. The way our society is organized the only time the large, organized, armed mass that is the state can interfere in one’s life is when words have been put on paper with due process allowing them to do so in specific instances.  Prayers For Police After Dallas

Without law, the strong — whether it is an organized armed mass or a mob or a young, 230-pound male — can oppress one at random.

Liberty is dead when that happens.

So honor and respect and pray for all those who put on a uniform or carry a badge to risk their life and deal with unpleasant people to enforce the law and keep us safe.

The attack at the protest was well planned. While details are yet to come about the killers, who are now reported to be in custody, we are real curious as to their theology.

Jesse Hughes Reveals Bataclan Reality

Jesse Hughes Reveals Bataclan Reality
The Bataclan theater in Paris

Jesse Hughes is the guitarist/vocalist for Eagles of Death Metal or EODM. EODM was on the stage at the Bataclan theater in Paris on Nov. 13, 2015 when Muslims murdered 89 persons in the venue as part of  a city-wide terror attack which had a total death toll of 137 including the murderers.

Hughes is a conservative who despises Barack Obama. Forgive us for not quoting what he says about him.

Anyway, a few days ago TakMag.com published a interview with him by Gavin McInnes in which he provides details about the attack which were largely sanitized by the U.S.A.’s establishment media.

Hughes says that the theater’s security staff was largely Muslim and that they were in on it. He says Muslims celebrated in the street afterwards and booed a moment of silence held the next day at a stadium.

He says he saw seven persons die, including a girl who was shot in the head next to him. He had to have pieces of her teeth and skull removed from his face at the hospital.

He says political correctness is destroying our society.

“They know there’s a whole group of white kids out there who are stupid and blind,” he said. “You have these affluent white kids who have grown up in a liberal curriculum from the time they were in kindergarten, inundated with these lofty notions that are just hot air. Look at where it’s getting them.”

Yes, he is a Trump supporter.

The entire interview can be found here.

Trite Terrorism Responses Only Make Things Worse

Trite Terrorism Responses Only Make Things Worse

By Chris Freind Trite Terrorism Responses Only Make Things Worse

Does this sound familiar?

1. A terrorist attacks occurs.

2. Trite, boilerplate statements are released: “Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims;” “This aggression will not stand;” “We will bring the perpetrators to justice;” and, “This is not just an attack on (fill in the blank), but on all of humanity.”

3. “Thorough” investigations begin (code for law enforcement starting to do the job they should have been doing all along).

4. Arrests are made within 24 hours. A testament to outstanding police work, or the result of officials finally acting on intel that had already determined who and where the terrorists were? If you answered the former, go back to living under your rock.

5. People stage candlelight vigils, often more for the cameras and social media “Likes,” than for the actual victims.

6. Any attempt to affix blame — not for the sake of blame, but to ascertain exactly how and why the attack occurred, what went wrong in preventing it (or at least knowing about it), and developing plans to stop future attacks — is immediately criticized by the politically correct crowd. “Not now,” they say. “It’s callous and way too soon to talk about such things. They’ll be time for those discussions later.”

7. Time passes, people move on, and “those discussions” never occur. Complacency sets in again, and more ominously, the insensitivity that comes with increasingly frequent attacks.

8. Surprise, surprise. Another attack.

9. Go back to Point One.

* * *

When will we learn?

When will we learn that appeasement and burying our heads, in the naive hope that the threat will simply vanish, will never work?

And “our” refers to everyone except those doing the killing.

Quite frankly, it’s amazing that Islamic terror is as vibrant as it is, considering that five of the most powerful entities in world history share the goal of rooting out and destroying that festering threat.

America; Europe/NATO; Russia; China; and India. While each have differences in why they oppose radical fundamentalism — and different agendas in how the war on terror should be prosecuted — they nonetheless should be united in opposing ISIS and Al Qaeda. But they’re not — not even the U.S. and its European allies. Instead, bureaucracy, incompetence and the desire to placate political correctness allow the threat to gain a stronger foothold, especially in Europe.

Blame for that failure falls on each entity, but the United States (especially the George W. Bush administration that squandered the world’s good will after the 9/11 attacks), shoulders the most. As the only superpower, we could have taken the lead though common sense strategy, but instead embarked on a disjointed, wholly ineffectual policy that has allowed terrorists to blossom.

Enough with the meaningless tough-talk rhetoric. It’s time for a comprehensive strategy that keeps terrorists on the run, destroys their communication and financial networks, and jettisons political correctness.

Here’s how:

1. First and foremost, close the European (and American) borders, and end the refugee exodus. That’s not inhumane; it’s self-preservation. European countries have been languishing under socialist polices for years, stagnating their economies and putting tremendous strain on governments hell-bent on funding every social program imaginable. Throw millions of refugees — many uneducated and unskilled — into that malaise, where they are given extravagant housing and welfare, and you have the recipe for economic collapse. Such largesse not only kills the incentive for refugees to work and assimilate, but allows many to disparage Western culture and laws, while demanding unwavering respect for theirs.

Add that none of the refugees can reliably pass a background check because no one in the war-torn countries can verify anything, and you have another impossible task: Trying to keep tabs on a huge population, some of whom are undercover terrorists gaming the system (evidenced by the Paris attackers). These masquerading terrorists are salivating at the chance to upstage their compatriots’ “success” in Paris and Brussels; we may not be able to stop all of them, but let’s not roll out the red carpet.

Europe has been more than generous, but its open-borders policy must end immediately.

2. The goal should be to train refugees, in both military and civilian capacities, so that they can return to their countries, fight to win the peace, and effectively administer whatever government is formed. This cannot be an open-ended vacation; there must be an end-date to their stay in Europe. That way, European soldiers could guard their borders and not shed blood in the Middle East.

In that regard, all boots on the ground must be “locals.” We should train and arm them, and provide logistics, intelligence and air support, but America and the West cannot become entwined in yet another Middle Eastern quagmire where victory is impossible. Not only does it breed resentment (crusaders occupying their lands), but it has never worked. And it certainly won’t work now.

3. Assuming that countries like Syria can be “liberated,” the West cannot dictate what type of government should be established (a mistake made time and again by the Bush Administration that sought to impose “democracy).” Saddam Hussein, Bashar Assad and Muammar Gaddafi may have been tyrants, but they kept the peace (there were no car bombs — ever — under Hussein’s reign). If Middle Eastern countries need to be ruled by strongmen who keep the terrorists at bay, so be it.

4. Can someone please tell the NSA to shift its priorities? Either their operations have been fatally curtailed by blowback from domestic spying (which would be insanity, since honing in on terrorists is what they should be doing), or their resources are focused on who has the best March Madness brackets.

5. Since we continually raid places that we clearly know are terror hotbeds, but only after attacks, maybe we should pretend it’s “Opposite Day” and hit them before they act. How novel.

6. Bring back torture. It works. Period. Despite the protestations of armchair academics sitting in their ivory towers, inflicting pain, physical and otherwise, on those with critical information works. No man is unbreakable. When thousands, or perhaps millions, of innocent lives hang in the balance, the “rights” of an animal go up in smoke. Perhaps literally.

If we don’t, it’s like fighting with one hand tied behind our backs. And no, Geneva Convention rules should not apply, since this is not a traditional war. We are fighting opponents who will never respect such protocols, and who gleefully target innocent civilians. Gloves-off is the only way to deal with such barbarians.

7. Finally, not only do we need to aggressively profile, but profile the right people without regard to “offending.” It is our first, best, and sometimes last line of defense in catching wind of a plot. How effective is it? Ask the Israelis, whose El Al, the most-highly targeted airline in the world, has only been hijacked once. Profiling works, and should be instituted immediately. Any whiny American who doesn’t like it can take the bus to Europe.
* * *
Employ common sense, and the terror threat can be hugely mitigated. But keep engaging in ineffective feel-good tactics and unwinnable Middle Eastern wars, and the attacks will continue. Time is running out, and that ticking you hear is most definitely not a clock.
