Dom’s 7 Fish Feast Benefits FOP Survivor’s Fund — Dom Giordano’s annual Feast of the 7 Fishes is 5:30-8:30 p.m., Dec. 16 at Gallo’s Seafod, 8101 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia, Pa. 19152.
The event based on the traditional Italian American Christmas Eve feast will include seven unique fish dishes and wine. Ticket prices range from $75 to $750. All proceeds benefit the Fraternal Order of Police’s Survivor’s Fund.
Guests of honor will be US Attorney Bill McSwain, FOP President John McNesby and Montgomery County Republican Committee Chairwoman Liz Preate Havey.

I still remember the Feast of Seven Fishes at the Crystal Room in Wanamaker’s in 2012. It was widely promoted by Dom G. on his radio program and was pricey (I think the tickets were $80). I have never been to such a disorganized event in my life. The “food” was sparse and it was served in tacky plastic and the atmosphere was chaotic. It was so crowded that it was difficult to find a seat and we never heard the speakers. I hope this one will be better but it doesn’t matter. Perhaps they learned their lesson but it wouldn’t matter to me as I will never go to one of these events again. Just a warning….
