During this highly interactive session, job seekers will learn how to build a mindfulness practice into their day with formal and informal activities; improve awareness which will enable them to have increased clarity fostering greater decision making skills and quickly create space in life to accomplish what is wanted, whether it be less stress or a better night’s sleep.

Ms. Stein, who has taught mindfulness for almost a decade at Johnson & Johnson, learned the skill from Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She also completed advanced teacher training at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

A Registered Nurse, Ms. Stein earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albright College and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. See her website at www.bigtoeinthewater.com
