Ken Sher Gives Interviewing Tips

Josephs People Central Delco (JPCD) welcomes Ken Sher, who will present Handling Difficult Interview Challenges.The program is 7-8:30 p.m., June 5, at Media Presbyterian Churchs Hassler Chapel, 30 E. Baltimore Ave., Media PA 19063. The chapel can be accessed from the Baltimore Avenue side, to the left of the main door, or around back on East Franklin Street, enter the back door and go up the stairs. All are welcome without regard to religious affiliation.  

This interactive session will assist job seekers to answer questions such as  Arent you overqualified for this job?and Whats your current salary?Also, come prepared to discuss interview questions that you find particularly challenging.

Mr. Sher, who has been a Career Management and Executive Business Coach for nearly 25-years, will teach participants effective ways to handle phone interviews, tips for Skype interviews, how to answer the most difficult interview questions and what to not say in an interview.

Ken has led three different Learning & Development teams including a global organization and the J & J Sales Recruiting department, where he refined his skills regarding how to identify, recruit and retain top talent. He brings a practical and humanistic approach to training that ultimately leads to increased productivity, career fulfillment and improved employee engagement.

Ken has led sales teams ranging in size from 10 to 70 employees, and sales training and leadership development teams of up to 25 associates. He has helped many of them attain advanced positions within their organizations and beyond. He is a member of the Five Oclock Club, the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a member of the National Speakers Association Academy.
