How do they measure a lightning bolt? Are they sure it wasn’t, say, 1996.7 miles long, or 201.2 miles long? They don’t stand still while you measure them, LOL
But it’s an interesting statistic anyway 🙂
That is a good question. I’m just blindly trusting the authorities here. The length of a lightning bolt is one the rare times it is safe to do, I think.
