The oldest major league baseball stadium is the Boston Red Sox’s Fenway Park which opened in 1912. The second oldest is Wrigley Field (1914), home to Chicago Cubs. Third oldest? Dodger Stadium. That opened in 1962. It’s practically a newcomer.

  1. My most cherished baseball memory is of seeing a Cardinals-Phillies game at Connie Mack the last summer the Phillies played there. Not a bad seat in the house, even with the support pillars in the upper tier. We sat on the third base side, which was aligned with the parking spot we found outside. We gave a kid five bucks to watch our car. Small, intimate ball park, real grass, baseball. It was great!
