Springfield Resumes Trash, Leaf Collection

Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pa., is back on schedule after Sandy.

The township has resumed trash and recycling collection as of today, Nov. 1. 

Leaf collection began yesterday.
And yes, there were trick and treaters, last night.
