Stan Casacio Peace Offering — Just heard from the great and influential Stan Casacio, who is seeking to bring peace and unity to Montco after a bitter primary battle for county commissioner.
Stan says he would like to reach out to incumbent Joe Gale who remains angry at the county GOP for dirty deeds done nine days ago.
Gale, as per election-night tallies, was the top Republican vote-getter for the two seats on the Nov. 5 ballot. He ran as a ticket, however, with his brother Sean who finished third behind Fred Conner.
The county GOP claimed it would not make an endorsement but a “green ballot” with a strong resemblance to the official one was distributed at polling places with only Conner’s name. The ballot had been paid for by paid by “Citizens for Conner.”
The Gales think that’s what led to Conner’s victory over Sean.
Stan, who had nothing to do with the ballot and holds no official position with the county party other than committeeman, notes that politics are dirty.
“Jeff (Salvino) is upset because he didn’t think of it first,” Stan says regarding the Gales’ hard-nosed campaign manager.
The three-person board now controlled by Democrats Valerie A. Arkoosh and Kenneth E. Lawrence Jr. is mandated to have one member be of the minority party.
It is a fear that Gale and Conner factions will “bullet-vote” rather than work as a team and go for all the marbles.
“A certain part of the deal has to be trust,” says Stan.
Stan is running for county controller with the party endorsement.
Stan, like Joe, is a proven corruption fighter. Stan took on the Republican establishment at much aggravation and cost to himself when it wasn’t cool to do so. He was instrumental in starting Joe’s campaign four years ago.
Stan says he will back Joe for board chairman and even further, which will become a very real possibility as Joe will get much of the credit if the GOP flips the county.
The Democrat incumbents are beatable. Stan says rank and file members of that party are telling him they are very unhappy with Arkoosh and will not be voting for her, while Lawrence is being dogged by allegations of having committed rape. Yes, we believe Pauline.
I was very upset by the outcome of the primary. Yes, the Gales should have taken the two top spots. Now that Fred pulled his stunt (he claims “they made me do it” referring to the MCRC? Liz Havey? (By the way, Liz Havey is just a slightly younger version of Arkoosh.)
If it is true that Fred was coerced by the MCRC, that is all the more reason for him to get out of the way and for Sean to run. What do you think Joe is about? He is about getting rid of the corruption in the county. Fred will never fight to get rid of the chunks circling the cesspool that is Montgomery County.
We cannot have four more years of Val and Ken. Fred and Joe have to work together or Fred has got to get out of the race. Period.

What about Dean Eisenberger. You’re forgetting HE came in 3rd. Not Sean.
Dean surely was a part of this deception. His name was on the “small cards,” as was France’s, who, by the way, had the common courtesy and morality to bring this to light. He did NOT authorize his name being used to benefit Mr. Conner, and most likely Mr. Eisenberger. Thank you, sir, for catching this and sharing it via social media!
Dean came in 3rd only because he also was on some fake ballots as being endorsed with Fred. I did see them for myself. This whole thing is ridiculous. Dean told me himself that he was a Dem and only switched because he wanted to run for Plymouth Twp supervisor. He felt he had a better chance of winning if he changed his party to GOP. And he did. Plus, Dean’s campaign manager, Ron, has it in for Joe for personal reasons. Ron, told me about the personal reasons himself. Dean said on more than one occasion that he was only running because others wanted him to run. I never felt that Dean really wanted the commissioner spot.
Pauline. You got it backwards! Why post things simply to stir things up? Dean has ALWAYS been a Republican with the exception of ONE time for a very SHORT time switched to Democrat to prevent someone else from getting into local office.

WN Republican who is afraid to identify himself. I am telling you what Dean said to me from his own mouth. We were sitting in the Dunkin Donuts in Norristown/Conshohocken. If I got it wrong, then he did not explain himself very well. And there was another person there as well, so I am not the only one who heard Dean say it.
I noticed you make no mention of the fact that Ron, Dean’s campaign manager, has it in for Joe. That situation was described to us by Dean at Dunkin Donuts and before that, by Ron himself at the 2nd candidates forum in Glenside at the VFW.
What is Liz doing? She is corruption personified. She wants to keep the corruption going and have a puppet put in Joe’s place so that she can get in on the money Val and Ken are getting and sharing with their puppet master, Shapiro.
I asked her on two different occasions if she knew Gary Kline. Do you know who he is? She should. He is the one who is taking support money away from children, and their homes as well, to line the pockets of the judges, the Dem commissioners and his own. He has been at this for years. He will retire in July and never had to face any consequences.

Stan is supporting Democrats (4 and 1 Independent) for SB in Area 6 (Whitemarsh) so he should shut up, violating bylaws, that they don’t give a hoot about. There’s no code of ethics to hold these scoundrels accountable. Figures Fred would play the victim card. Did the same thing after he dissolved Area 10 (Wissahickon School District) as Area Leader and then abruptly resigned, didn’t answer to anyone as there was no vote or discussion on this in Feb ‘17.
Stan & others unanimously endorsed democrat incumbents for SB at the Area 6 September 2018 meeting. Clear violation of bylaws and the area leader and committeeppl should be held accountable. County Chair looked the other way.
