Superior Court Endorsement Pondered By Southeastern GOP Caucus

Superior Court Endorsement Pondered By Southeastern GOP Caucus— A straw poll is scheduled for tomorrow (Jan. 9) by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Republican Caucus to pick who to endorse for this fall’s Superior Court race.

Rebecca Warren

The choices are Former Montour County District Attorney Rebecca Warren; Cumberland County Common Pleas Court Judge Christylee Peck; and Kate Harper, who represented the 61st Legislative District in the State House for 18 years, until her defeat last fall by Liz Hanbidge.

We’d just like to point out that Ms. Harper is strongly connected to the special-interest beholden Montgomery County uniparty establishment and had been targeted for removal last year by Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania.

The CAP least wanted list.

So were Tom McGarrigle and Alex Charlton for that matter.

Ms. Warren is a graduate of MMI Prepartory School in Freeland, Pa. That makes her our favorite.

Pennsylvania Superior Court  is intermediate appellate court for most things.
