Trump Gets Big Pennsylvania Endorsement — Newly elected Montgomery County Commissioner Joe Gale, who is one of the state’s top Republicans has come out strong for Donald Trump for president.

He made his endorsement Thursday, Feb. 25, on  Dom Giordano’s WPHT radio show.

“One hundred percent, I am a Trump guy,” he told Giordano. “I tell it like it is, just like Trump. I am a little different though, you know, different hair, smaller wallet. But, people are frustrated…and they are in desperate need for somebody who is a voice for the people.”

After the interview, further explained his support of businessman Donald Trump.

“Just as I did during my election in 2015 and continue to do as public servant, Donald Trump embraces the title of ‘Outsider’ and ‘Common Sense Conservative’,” said Gale.

Gale’s victorious campaign for County Commissioner is considered to be one of the biggest upsets in Pennsylvania’s 2015 election cycle.

First, the 26-year-old took on the Republican Party establishment’s endorsed candidates and won the Republican nomination for Montgomery County’s highest elected office in the May Primary Election.

He noted that opposition from his own political party carried over into the general election but with an independent grassroots campaign, was still able to garner enough support from Republican, Democrat, and Independent voters to earn a position on the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.

“The last thing we need is another Washington insider. Trump is refreshing. Like me, he is beholden to no one except the people. I am proud to support Donald Trump and look forward to helping him achieve victory in Pennsylvania,” said Gale.

Montgomery County, the state’s third largest county in population, plays a major factor in statewide elections. Even though Democrats outnumber Republicans in Montgomery County, the more than 200,000 registered republicans make  Gale one of the highest ranking Republicans in the Commonwealth.

  1. musta been the Mussolini stuff that put Trump over the top with Gale. Has anyone asked Gale for his views on the KKK?

  2. I truly admired Joe Gale for fighting so hard to stand up for his conservative principles and buck the Republican Party. The fact that “David actually beat Goliah” was a genuine feat and established Joe as a hero in many of our minds. That said, it truly saddens me that Joe has is throwing his “proud” support to this snake oil salesman. At BEST it shows Joe’s naiveté. Can he not see the forest for the trees? Our current president has taken this country down in ways that we never could have imagined when he ran in 2008, but at least he WARNED us about what he intended to do…that is, SPREAD THE WEALTH AROUND.

Trump’s autocratic and juvenile behavior SHOULD be a warning of things to come to anyone who is paying attention and not so blindly enthralled with his “promises” which he might not even be able to fulfill. This ego-centric narcissist who relentlessly bullies anyone daring to disagree with him is providing innumerable clues as to how he would behave if he (God forbid) were elected president. Are the Trumpies paying attention?

What should put a chill down any liberty-lover’s spine is his behavior towards Meghan Kelly who “dared” to ask him a quite legitimate question that wasn’t to his liking during the first Republican debate. He viciously attacked her verbally, stooping to the use of sexual innuendos in the process. After trying to pressure Fox News to remove Kelly as a moderator in a subsequent debate, Trump childishly refused to participate in the debate when Fox refused to comply. Doesn’t this give his supporters an indication as to what would happen to our First Amendment under a Trump regime? It SHOULD! As president, he could be worse than Obama with regard to autocratic behaviors (if that is possible). This nasty, unprofessional and unrepentant intimidator does NOT have the temperament to lead our country, nor can he be trusted to follow through on his multiple promises for which he has provided few details.

The invectives and childish mockeries hurled around constantly by this candidate against anyone whom he considers a threat are reprehensible and are doing more damage to the Republicans’ chances of winning the general election than one can imagine. Our side doesn’t need the Democrats to take us down; Trump is doing that better than they ever could!

    1. Yes I am paying attention. That’s why I’m voting for Trump. Gale is in good company. He’s not supporting the two true snake oil salesmen Rubio and Cruz. Also (and I really am sick of explaining this to laypeople) Trump is not a narcissist. You have clearly not met a narcissist and have no idea what you are talking about.

  3. I voted Trump. He has said a couple of things that caused me some pause but overall I think henloves this country andI think he is the ONLY one Who can Get the job done. What we have been putting in office the last few decades hasn’t been working so it’s time to out someone’s in that isn’t bought AND paid for by anyone.

  4. Wow. RIP America. I’m done with politics. Done.
Time to just enjoy my family and pray.

  5. Isn’t this a bit out of date Bill? Why is this column being sent out in May of 2017? BTW, in spite of my negative comments about Trump long ago, I voted for him and am glad he is our president and not Hillary. I DO, however, wish he would stop and think before he tweets or before he puts his mouth in gear sometimes. He has done some outstanding work as president, particularly in his courageous stands against progressive policies and also in the foreign policy realm, but sometimes he’s his own worst enemy.

    1. Somebody found it and commented on it hence it has popped up again. I’m kind of glad. Your response is quite good and very relevant in that it reflects a change of heart many have felt towards President Trump. He’s far from perfect but he has been better than I even could imagine.

I got on board early but, initially, I thought he was a reality show joke.

FWIW, leading Democrats have said things far dumber — and more vicious — but have gotten a pass by the establishment propagandists. Trump never called half of America deplorable, for instance, nor did he ever refer to the Falkland Islands as the Maldives, which are in the Indian Ocean; nor did he ever refer to Austrian as a language nor did he ever call Africa a nation.

      1. I realized this AFTER I posted my comment (which unfortunately cannot be edited). I did NOT understand Mr. Snyder’s comment: “Maybe it’s time to get the reprinted.” It makes no sense. Can YOU explain it?
