Chuck Martini R.I.P.Chuck Martini R.I.P. — Good friend Charles C. (Chuck) Martini died Jan. 3. He was 77.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 11 a.m., tomorrow, Jan. 9 at Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, Pa. 19063. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Yeadon

Charles C. Martini, “Chuck”, age 77, of Media, PA, died on January 3, 2018.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, Chuck was a graduate of West Catholic High School, class of 1958 and Villanova University, class of 1962.  He obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1964 and began a successful career in business and marketing.  He served as the Director of Marketing for Laventhol & Howarth and later became the President of Martini & Assoc.  He was a part-time faculty member in the Business School of Villanova University (1971-1996), a seminar leader, and an author. Chuck headed his own consulting practice, Marketing Consultants, from 1983-2004.

Chuck formerly resided in Broomall and Secane.  He was an active parishioner of St. Mary Magdalen Church in Upper Providence.  He was a member of Sons of Italy, Knights of Columbus, West Catholic Alumni Association, and the Delco Tea Party.  Chuck enjoyed trap and skeet shooting and was a member of Delaware Co. Field & Stream Assoc.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Barbara La Rosa Martini; his son, Jason Martini; and his grandchildren Francesca and Phillip.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 9th, 11 am at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Rd. Media, PA 19063.  Friends may call from 10 -11 am at the church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
