This was done in at least one district in Montgo, too. My dad lives in Harleysville, albeit in Franconia Township. His normal polling station is at the Peter Becker retirement community. But for this election, polling stations were consolidated at the (relatively) new Souderton Area HS in the middle of the township. I can see not using the regular location, but yes, it seems to be counterintuitive, if “social distancing” is supposed to provide more space between people, not less, to have everyone in the township assemble at one location.
26.87% of the precincts have reported as of now. It’s amazing how things get when Democrats take over.
