Grab a pencil with an eraser, then place the eraser on the meaty palm of the hand and hold.

This will break up the trigger point which is the start of the web of pain.

You will know if you are doing it right because the pressure will be a good hurt.

Afterwards the same on the meaty part of the forearm. This trigger point is between the two muscles as shown in the photo.

You will feel when you hit it. It will be a good hurt also.

You can do this daily and you will save money on physical therapy and future surgeries. Biofreeze or CBD creams are great to place on the spots after the eraser massage as are ice packs.

Also stretch arms your arms when your finished.

This exercise be done in less than five minutes and is effective.
