Drexeline Project Stalled, Or Why Democrats Are Dumb — Springfield and Drexel Hill residents ponder what’s finally going to replace the moved-to-Manoa Fisher’s Ace Hardware at the Drexeline Shopping Center at State Road and Township Line in Upper Darby, Pa. When is Shop Rite going to going to expand, they ask. Why is the CVS still vacant?
The reason, as the reason is for most idiocy, is Democrats. Democrat activists file a lawsuit to stop development of the eyesore. Remember, this is not a bucolic glade or peaceful woodland but a sea of asphalt sprinkled with vacant store fronts.
This video explains what is happening.
Yes, it’s from the Upper Darby Republican Party. So what? We invite the Upper Darby Dems to refute it.
Mosby Patton Connection — The brilliant Confederate calvary man John S Mosby became a Republican after the Civil War and worked with his old enemies Ulysses S. Grant and Rutherford B. Hayes. He also became a successful railroad lawyer. He also befriended the Patton family and would play Civil War with young George. Mosby would himself and George would play Robert E. Lee.
Gun Rights Mean Civil Rights; Call to Action — Defenders of the Second Amendment and self defense rights are being urged to attend hearings in Harrisburg, Sept. 24-25. Being considered are “red flag” laws which will allow gun confiscation without due process; “universal background checks” which is de facto universal gun registration; and bans for AR-15s which has become the best-selling rifle in America.
It is noted that paid corporate shills wearing red shirts will be in attendance.
The hearings will be 9 a.m. to noon, Sept. 24 and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sept. 25 before the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee in Capitol’s North Office Building, Hearing Room 1.
Frederick Douglass pointedly noted that a man’s rights rest in three boxes: the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box.
There are some who shouldn’t have access to guns, but they shouldn’t have the right to vote either. Ponder that “social justice” phonies.
This gun control push is not about making things safer — which all sane, law-abiding people desire — but about taking rights from sane, law-abiding people which will do anything but make things safer.

By Kate Rainey
Harriet Stein, who has 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, will demonstrate how to integrate “mindfulness” into daily life when searching for a job. The program, hosted by Joseph’s People, will be held 7-8:30 p.m., Sept. 17, in the Parish Hall of Saint Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pa. The entrance to Parish Hall is from the rear church driveway, off Saint Laurence Road. All are welcome to the free event, regardless of religious affiliation.

Ms. Stein, who has taught mindfulness for almost a decade at Johnson & Johnson, learned the skill from Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Ever hear of Whitechapel Bell Foundry? It was a business in London which closed on June 12, 2017 after 450 years. It was where the Liberty Bell was made.
The foundry has been sold to the American firm Raycliff Capital who are trying to turn it into a boutique hotel.
Curt Weldon Hearts Billie — Joe Billie, who is seeking the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania’s 5th District congressional seat now held by Democrat extremist Mary Gay Scanlon, says he is getting support from former Congressman Curt Weldon.
Good for Joe, who is a Navy veteran, fireman and all-around good guy.
Weldon knows first-hand what happens when you cross the corrupt Deep State so his support means you are on the right side.
Joe, an Aston resident, officially kicks off his bid 7 p.m., Oct. 18 at the Folcroft Fire House, 1647 Delmar Drive, Folcroft, Pa.
Wolf Labor Contracts Cost Taxpayers Over $1 Billion
By Leo Knepper
Governor Tom Wolf negotiated a sweetheart deal with the four largest state labor unions. That is to say, it is good for them but expensive for taxpayers.
Over the next four years, taxpayers will be shelling out an additional $1.1 billion to some of the largest donors to Governor Wolf’s re-election campaign. These same unions donated millions to get Wolf re-elected, and that raises the question: Who was looking out for taxpayers at the negotiating table?
The answer is clearly no one, and that is one of the reasons that historical figures like Franklin D. Roosevelt opposed government unions. FDR stated, “The process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service.” Keeping in mind that the government unions negotiating for more tax dollars are also some of the largest spenders on political campaigns, it is no wonder why government at every level is in financial shambles.
The new contracts are the most recent example of a broken system, and it is something that goes beyond any one governor or even any one political party. Pennsylvania’s financial mismanagement is bipartisan:
Governor Ridge gave government employees a 25 percent increase to their pensions, and members of the legislature, at the time, received a 50 percent bump.
Governor Rendell sold the public on a transportation plan that is bankrupting the Turnpike.
And, Governor Corbett gave Pennsylvania the highest gas taxes in the county.
Pennsylvania doesn’t have a Republican or Democrat problem. Politicians from both parties have been driving the Commonwealth toward a cliff. One party’s policies will just get us there faster.

Matt Couch of America First Media is the tip of the spear concerning the investigation of the unsolved July 10, 2016 murder of Seth Rich.
Rich was director of voter expansion data for the Democratic National Committee. It is believed by many that he was the source for the Wikileaks revelations that showed the DNC rigged the 2016 presidential primary against Bernie Sanders.
For months, Couch has been tweeting this in reference to Rich.
Yesterday, Aug. 26, Rudy Giuliani with his blue check mark responded.
“I’d like to know” he said.
Guess we’re all conspiracy theorists now.
Fox tossing which involved shooting a fox — or other animal — in the air with a sling was a real thing back in Renaissance times.
It was a co-ed event with a mixed doubles category. Sometimes the animals were put in costume before being flung. Tossed animals were put out of their misery by boys and court dwarves with clubs.
Just something to bring up the next time you plan a Renaissance faire.
