John H. Weber Jr., R.I.P.

John H. Weber Jr., the father of our good friend died, Lisa Esler, died Dec. 22.

He was 89 and had been a long-time resident of Yeadon, Pa. before moving to West Chester.

He had been a pipe fiter for Sun Shipbuilding and Drydock Co. then worked as a plumber for New Castle County in Delaware.

He is also survived by daughter Donna J. Caudell, Paula J. Stiles and Jaclyn A. Gregor; grandchildren Joshua King, Brittany Robinson, Cameron Stiles, Drew Gregory, Ryan Gregory, and Ashlynn Gregory; and great grandchildren  Giovanna Lord, Abel King, and Mercy King.

He was husband to the late Helen Weber.

He loved raising rottweilers, weightlifting and CB radio. He was a vocal supporter of veterans and was strong in his faith in Jesus, sharing the Gospel with everyone he met.

There will be visitation 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Service. Interment at Philadelphia Memorial Gardens.
