Bachmann, Cain Endorse Rohrer

Nationally noted fiscal hawks Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain have endorsed Sam Rohrer in his race to be the GOP nominee to take on Democrat incumbent Bob Casey in the U.S. Senate race.

The primary election is April 24. Polling shows Rohrer, who was Republican chairman of the Finance Committee when he served in the State House, to be the front runner.

Party endorsed Steve Welch, a Joe-Sestak-supporting, Obama voter, is dead last. Why would the Pennsylvania Republican Party want a Joe-Sestak-supporting, Obama voter to be the one to face Casey? I have no idea but it looks like the constituency doesn’t.

Cain’s endorsement came Friday.

Mrs. Bachmann announced her support today. Mrs. Bachmann, who represents Minnesota’s 6th District in Congress,  has credited Roher with inspiring her to enter politics.

  1. I agree 100% with Bill.
Steve Welch as a Republican.??.to me one of the Great Mysteries of Life. There’s a story there IMO and perhaps some day we will know the reason for this absurd nomination!!!

  2. I hope the Delco GOP doesn’t hand out
voters guides with Welch’s name on them.
It will make them look like sheepols or
just plain fools. Go Sam !!!
