Gold Conspiracies, Hit And Run Crashes 

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission was told at March 25 hearing that the price of gold was being artificially and illegally  suppressed by JPMorganChase.

The claim was made by Bill Murphy, chairman of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee, who has long said the price of gold was being held down to sustain a financial bubble.

This time Murphy unveiled the name of a whistle-blower, Andrew Maguire, a London-based metals trader, who he said had emailed investigators about looming market manipulation which came to pass.

The day after the hearing, Maguire and his wife were injured in a bizarre hit-and-run accident in London which led to a wild police chase involving patrol cars and helicopters, and the arrest of the driver of the striking car.

The name of that driver has not been reported nor have any charges. The Maguires were hospitalized with minor injuries and released on March 28.

The left-leaning firedoglake.com was among the first to report the allegations of Murphy and Maguire. It’s now starting to bubble up in more mainstream publications.

Does Obama Hate White People Or Is He Simply Incompetent? — President Barack Obama checked the box on his census form “Black, African Am., or Negro” and only that box.

The Census Bureau is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce which Obama oversees as president.

Here is how the reference book created by the Census Bureau says the census race question should be addressed:

The race question must be answered for each member of the household. Mark all  boxes for the appropriate races.

Mark the “White” box if this person has origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa. This includes people who indicate their race as “White” or report entries such as Irish, German, Italian, Lebanese, Near Easterner, Arab, or Polish.

Mark the “Black, African Am., or Negro” box if this person has origins in any of the Black racial groups of Africa. This includes people who indicate their race as “Black, African American, or Negro,” or provide written entries such as African American, Afro-American, Kenyan, Nigerian, or Haitian.

Obama is more than half white as per the census directions since his mother was entirely of European background while his father’s side includes Arab blood. For some reason, however, he declined to follow his own directions by checking the white box along with the black one.

Maybe he’s just a clueless incompetent who can’t follow directions, which is the explanation to which I lean.

Or maybe he just doesn’t like white people which should be troubling to the vast majority of Americans who happen to be white.

The Party Of The Sky Is Falling And Guam Is Capsizing

It’s been all over the WorldWideWeb but fans have told me they have yet to see the video of a U.S. congressman expressing concern to a U.S. admiral during a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee that the island of Guam may “tip over and capsize”.

So, here is one of the many cuts of it on YouTube.

The congressman was Hank Johnson, the Democrat who represents the 4th District of Georgia. The admiral was Robert F. Willard, the commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, and who, btw, played the MiG pilot in the 1986 movie Top Gun.

The hearing happened March 25. Johnson was the first member of the Georgia congressional delegation to endorse Barack Obama for president.

Some have come to the defense of Johnson saying  that the hepatitis C from which he suffers has  diminished his mental capability. Joyous. We have someone with a significantly diminished mental capability writing and voting for the laws under which we must live.

And Democrats are OK with that.

Revenue Way Off In Pa. As Obamanomics Grinds Its Heel


Obamanomics continues to take its toll on Pennsylvania as the nation continues to suffer through the Great Dempression.

The Keystone State collected $3.9 billion in general fund revenue in March which was $243 million less than anticipated.
Year-to-date collections are $19.9 billion, which is $719.6 million, or
3.5 percent, below estimate, the state Revenue Department said April 2.

The sales tax brought in $569 million for March or $50.9 million less than expected. Sales tax receipts for the year are $5.9 billion which is $316.2 million off estimates.  State officials said the snow kept people inside in February,
meaning they spent less money. 

Personal income tax revenue for march was actually $57.7 million more than expected coming in at $811.9 million. Could it be that all the unemployed had time to do their income tax earlier? Ah, that was just being mean. Year-to-date personal income tax collections are at $6.8 billion which is $135.9 million less than hoped.

Corporate taxes in March were $264.2 billion off estimate coming in at $2.3 billion. Year-to-date collections are at $3.5 billion which is $283.2 million — or 7.5 percent — off estimate.

You can say people aren’t dying to pay their taxes here. Inheritance tax collections for March were $68.2 million or $5.1 million below estimate. YTD is $545.7 million or $13 million below estimate.

So how are we going to pay for all that looming pension pain? or that $1.2 billion in new spending that Gov. Rendell is seeking?

Rohrer Gets Bachmann Endorsement


GOP gubernatorial candidate  Sam Rohrer has gained the endorsement of Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN6) who has been called the second most dangerous woman in American.

Rohrer, who is  the  representative for the 128th District in the State House and Republican chairman for the House Finance Committee, faces party-endorsed state Attorney General Tom Corbett in the May 18 primary.

Mrs. Bachmann met Rohrer in 1998 when Rohrer went to Minnesota to describe federal mandates regarding schools. She says it was he who inspired her to run for office as a state senator.

Rohrer will speak 7 p.m., April 5 at West Chester Christian School, 1237 Paoli Pike.

It won’t be the most entertaining night of your life but it will certainly be educational and it’s education you should quickly acquire unless it is your desire to live in poverty and servitude.

It’s Bush’s Fault

President Obama is getting some nice publicity for his promise to open up new areas to offshore drilling, a popular and sensible thing which I’m sure he hopes stops his skidding approval ratings.

Of course, what the Old Guard media is avoiding stating is that this is just a follow up on action by  President Bush in 2008 and is only a fraction of what Bush sought to open.
