Political Threats Finally Make News; Thank You Jen O’Mara — State Rep. Jen O’Mara (R-165) was among the Democrat lawmakers targeted for shooting if legal avenues failed to removed them from office.
The threat was made in an X post.
The accused poster, Adam Berryhill of Lebanon County, was sent to Lebanon County prison after failing to make $250,000 bail.
Jen put a post on Facebook decrying political violence.
We couldn’t agree more.
It would have been far more unifying, though, if she spoke out when her opponents were the subject of it.
I’ve received death threats.
My darling wife, Sharon, has gotten even more.
Actually, what Sharon has experienced for speaking her mind was far more tangible. Her bank account was looted, and email and phone service was hacked, among other things.
We’ve long written about it.
Wish Jen spoke out then.
We like Jen. Se’s a sweet person and we don’t want a hair on her head harmed or see her harassed in anyway.
Obviously, we don’t think much of her lawmaking. She legislates like a high school senior convinced she knows it all seeking to impress the hip teachers.
Her votes are responsible for much of the suffering that occurs in this state — fiscal and social.
But we don’t want to see her hurt.
By the way, has Jen heard about what happened to Kerry Sheron?
Sherron was a 69-year-old veteran in Escondido, CA who festooned his home with American flags and photos of Donald Trump.
He was beaten by his 32-year-0ld neighbor on May 20 and died four days later.
There is a similar home in Springfield, which is in Jen’s district. This home has become of subject of a social media smear campaign.
Double-dare you to defend your constituent Jen.
How about sticking up for Alfe Goodwin, who has also been the subject of political thuggery?
