The most expensive home for sale in Springfield Pa. is 135 N. Hillcrest Road in the new Coventry Woods development which is going for $675,000, according to Zillow.com. That’s $10,000 more than is being asked for nearby 139 N. Hillcrest and $20,000 more than 143 N. Hillcrest.
In the same general area, 125 N. Rolling Road is being sold for $399,900. There are 10 homes on the market now for $399,000 or more in the Delaware County township according to Zillow.
Hold out until Jan. 21 sellers, and things will really boom.
