I wonder if that’s why a lot of kids don’t like to eat some things, like broccoli, for example, because their perception of the strong flavors of those things is stronger than an adult’s?
I never considered it but that is a good point. People end up really liking the things they hated as kids. Gazpacho for instance 🙂
