Gasoline Consumption Drop Indicates Depression

Tanks not getting filled means the economy is tanking.

ZeroHedge.Com reports that gasoline deliveries hit 30.9 million gallons per day last November down 42 million gallons per day from a year before and down from 58.8 million gallons per day in November 2006 which is when the Democrats took over Congress.
It notes that while cars have gotten 6 percent more efficient between 1999 and 2010, the drop in gallons per day delivered from 2006 to 2011 is 47 percent.
It notes that this kind of drop only occurs in war or severe economic contraction.
