Habeas Corpus Sought For Baby Carlie –Dr. Tanya Fowler has been awarded a pre-trial conference in U.S. Easter District Court regarding a writ of habeas corpus for the return of Baby Carlie, her granddaughter.
Carlie was snatched an agent of Philadelphia’s Department of Health Services (DHS) from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s King of Prussia facility on Oct. 7, 2022.
The city deemed it had ownership of Carlie because her mother — Tanya’s daughter — is a drug abuser who passed out on a Philly street while Carlie was with her.
Never mind that Tanya was doing a much better job with Carlie than a city social service can ever hope to.
Tanya fears the motive in taking Carlie was either organ harvesting or sex trafficking. Carlie matches the profile of children desired by those who do such things, she says.
Tanya fears are not without reason. She has a Ph.d in medical anthropology and has taught at Temple University. Her expertise includes the profitable practice of child kidnapping by officialdom.
A habeas corpus bringing forth Carlie would resolve such fears.
Carlie was abused by one foster family in which she was placed.
