No Kings Was Boomer Day Out On Eagle Road

No Kings Was Boomer Day Out On Eagle Road — It was far from a “half-a-million strong” but most of the participants at today’s (Oct. 18) “No Kings” rally on Eagle Road in Haverford Township would certainly remember Woodstock even if they had been unable to attend.

And as Woodstock it was overwhelmingly white.

At least they didn’t take off their clothes.

The lovely Sharon Devaney delved into the crowd for on-site reporting.

Later she let them know how she really felt.

The elderly fellow who fell near the Santander Bank was bleeding heavily from his head. He was standing, though, while being treated by the Narberth Ambulance crew upon our return.

We estimate the crowd to have been between 400 and 500 at about noon.

They were polite, friendly and generally nice despite our Red October hat and Q hoodie.
