Juneteenth Honoring White Republican Men
Today is Juneteenth.
It is a day for honoring White Republican men, the men who heroically marched a thousand miles through swamps and dust and steel and shot to free poor helpless slaves from evil Democrats.
Thank a White Republican man today.
Juneteenth Our Most Recent Holiday

Today, June 19, is Juneteenth, the most recent of our 11 Federal Holidays, having been signed into law on June 17, 2021.
It commemorates June 14, 1865 when the Juneteenth Order (General Order #3), co-written by General Gordon Granger and his subordinate Major Frederick Emery, was posted throughout Galveston, TX.
Pennsylvania deems the day an “official annual observance”, first recognized as an observance in 2019.
Texas was the first state to recognize Juneteenth as a permanent state holiday, it does not recognize the day as an observance.?!
Opal Lee is called “the grandmother of Juneteenth”. She began a walking campaign at the the age of 89 (2016) which eventually led to the creation of the Juneteenth holiday. She has written a Juneteenth children’s book. She is raising funds for a National Juneteenth Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, the same city where, as a child, she watched her house being burnt down by a white mob. She is quite an extraordinary woman.
Not all Afro-Americans see Juneteenth in the same way; Professor Robert A.. Brown of Morehouse notes “Lawmakers have been more willing to engage in performative symbolism than passing laws to make substantive change”.
He cites police reform and reparations as two roads not yet taken. Others add voting rights to this list.
Though others still celebrate.

Surely we should be all the more ready to believe that human beings, if they entrust themselves completely to God and free themselves of all their worries, will not lack anything.

Courts Being Turned Into Tools Of Oppression — Lawyers are being strong-armed to drop clients unapproved by the establishment notes attorney Alan M. Dershowitz in Gatestone Institute.
These include President Donald Trump.
The threats include job loss, career derailment and disbarment.
Dershowitz says the the 65 Project leads this assault on justice.
“I wrote an op-ed offering to defend pro bono any lawyers that The 65 Project goes after. So The 65 Project immediately went after me . . .,” Dershowitz says.
He says a prosecutor in Trump’s criminalized record-keeping dispute reportedly implied to Stanley Woodard, the the highly regarded attorney for co-defendant Waltine Nauta, that Woodard’s application for judgeship may be negatively affected if he persists in defending Nauta and could not get Nauta to turn on Trump.
An evil time is a time for courage. This means it’s a time for journalists and lawyers and teachers and business-owners to risk their careers. It means it’s a time for the people to speak up and be angry.
One cannot countenance a nation that embraces arbitrary justice or child mutilation or forever war.
