Pennsylvania Constitutional Amendments Considered — Leo Knepper of Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania sent us the below discussion of proposed state constitutional amendments. They are aimed at limiting the use of emergency declarations by the governor and replacing state-wide elections of judges to the Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior courts, with election by district. This would weaken the power the corrupt Philadelphia and Pittsburgh machines have over the judiciary.
They are desperately needed as the governor and the state courts behaved more like those of a banana republic in the last year rather than one that respects rights.
Frankly, the entire Constitution should be rewritten.
“Full time” legislators ought to be replaced by part-time ones compensated solely by per diem with a term of no more than 20 days. Legislative districts should no longer be allowed to include a partial county. More than one county, yes. Partial counties no.
Nick Sandmann Fires Lin Wood — Nicholas Sandmann, the high school kid whose life the establishment’s highly paid liars tried to ruin after he wore a MAGA hat at pro life rally, has fired attorney Lin Wood.
You’re fire, Lin Wood
Wood is the famed “attorney for the damned” who won Nicholas apparently sweet judgements against CNN and The Washington Post.
Cases against NBC, CBS, ABC, Rolling Stone, Gannett, and The New York Times are pending, however, and it’s reasonable that Nicholas wants to win. When your attorney is declaring that Jeffrey Epstein is alive and that Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is a pedophile who is conspiring to murder other judges, well, that might send discussion off on a tangent.

What fascinates us is why Wood is saying these things.
Is he insane? No. He knows Sandmann fired him, Mercer University is debating removing his name from a law school courthouse etc. Dealing with reality when it affects you means you are sane.
Is he doing it for personal gain? Obviously, not. This is hurting his finances and has destroyed his once stellar reputation as a defamation lawyer.
So, why? Well, smart people can be fooled. Two little girls once got Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, a doctor before he became a writer, to tell the world fairies were real.
We think Wood wants to believe that the corruption in the state, church, courts, media, entertainment and academia cannot be banal but must have an exotic explanation.
Of course, maybe the fairies got Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths to fake the photos knowing they would be discredited hence allowing their kingdom to remain undetected.
Then November 3, the night of the election, everything they had been predicting to me would happen, happened.  I am not going to make this essay a full account of the steal. But any political scientist can explain that to steal the national election one does not need “widespread election fraud”: instead, with deep election fraud in five cities, one can flip the states they are in, thereby flip the electoral college, and thereby steal the election nationally. And what do you, know, those five cites (Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Phoenix) experienced unprecedented “shutting down” of vote counting in the middle of election  night on November 3. Some of those cities saw goons muscling observers away from vote counting centers on various trumped up reasons, while others taped pizza boxes across windows to block observation.In Atlanta’s State Farm Arena in Atlanta, a “water main break” forcing the evacuation of the vote counting area of and in the few hours when the courting was “closed”, hundreds of thousands of votes were pushed through the system, often showing 99.4% and even 100% runs for Biden, thousands of ballots in a row.  (A month later, the Georgia investigators reported that a urinal had simply overflowed. ) In some places, security cameras caught workers in these windows grabbing cases of ballots out of hiding and feeding them into machines while counting was stopped for spurious reasons.
Trump Won Big Byrne Says In His History Of The Steal— The brilliant Patrick Byrne is giving a history of the historically tragic vote steal on Telegram and his DeepCapture website.
Byrne says many fakes are using his name and that these are the only places that you can reliably know it is him.
“Having been inside this election fraud issue for months, having gotten to know the best brains in it, professors and technologists and computer scientists, the best estimate that I have heard comes from one of them: Donald Trump probably got 79 million votes and Joe Biden got 68 million votes,” he says. “Through chicanery Trump ended up with 74 million, Biden with 80 million. The professor in question may not be exactly right, but his numbers do convey my rough sense of the magnitude of the theft of this presidential election.”
Lin Wood Zoom Call With Mercer University — Lin Wood tripled down on the allegations he has made against Vice President Mike Pence and Chief Justice John Roberts when he snuck in on a Zoom call with Mercer University officials discussing whether they should remove his name from a school courthouse.
He told the officials he has a long interview from a whistleblower regarding the various allegations against Pence and Roberts and will share them with the school.
Crompton Re-election Facing Headwinds — J. Andrew Crompton was appointed to Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court a year ago to fill a seat vacated by the retirement of Robert Simpson. This term ends a year from now, which means Crompton’s up for election to a full 10-year-term this November.
He may not have a smooth path in the primary. Crompton is the Republican who on Dec. 30 denied a request by owners of 12 bars and restaurants for an injunction against enforcement of a three-week shutdown order, Dec. 10, by the ever-incompetent Gov. Tom Wolf.
The small business-owners said the order was destroying their lives and livelihoods, and they had no choice but to remain open.
Our heartless governor began levying fines and other costs on them.
Commonwealth Court is the intermediate appellate court where cases involving state agencies are heard along with some in which the Commonwealth is a party.
We’d like to re-note that more than half of Pennsylvania’s 20,063 covid-19 deaths come from long-term care facilities and this total would be far less if the Wolf administration had been less incompetent and heartless.
Levine Incompetence Led To Elderly Deaths — Chris Saullo sent a link to this article from the Delaware Valley Journal describing how the incompetence/indifference of the Wolf Administration and Health Secretary Rachel Levine led to thousands of unnecessary Covid-19 deaths in Pennsylvania.
Wolf and Levine ignored desperate pleas from advocates of the elderly as deaths in long-term care facilities exploded.
And now Illegitimate President Joe Biden has nominated Levine, a seriously disturbed person, as the nation’s assistant health secretary.
Pennsylvania has 20,063 covid deaths as of today (Jan. 22), with 10,212 coming from long term care facilities.
Netflix Soliciting For Propaganda — We got an email (see below) that “streamers” like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Studios are seeking “TV series with a social message.”
In other words, the one-percenter tech oligarchs want propaganda designed to make you angry and afraid. They don’t want to make you happy. They don’t want to inspire you to help others. They want to make you angry and afraid.
How do you beat propagandists with this much power?
We could suggest cancelling but that won’t do much and just leave you out of touch with what the masses are getting fed.
We would instead encourage reading, especially the Bible but the great philosophers like Plato as well, along with original documents and speeches like the Constitution, Lincoln’s Second Inaugural and The Federalist Papers.
And histories.
Read good histories like those by Stephen Ambrose and bad ones like those by Howard Zinn. See the difference. Know what the other side believes, why they believe it and why they are wrong.
Mental exercise is a lot like physical exercise. It starts hard but then becomes easy, and you find yourself much healthier and stronger.
We are encouraging deletion of Facebook accounts. Not just deactivation but full deletion. Cancel Facebook.
There are 80 million Trump voters. Yes, we think millions of Trump votes were flipped to Biden and Biden is an illegitimate president. Even if you insist on the 74 million figure, though, 10 million of us deleting our Facebook accounts will have an enormous impact. Don’t forget that those who want to keep in touch with you will have to seek you on the media that you use.
The fish that swims from the school is the cool one.
