Needless to say the Penn Delco School Board and the administration are ignoring the concerns of parents learning about it.
This bunch likely feels they are being heroically edgy standing up to ignorant, repressed church ladies when they tut-tut away a concerned mother.
They are not heroic, they are not edgy — this stuff only makes them more likely to get praise in the mass media — and they are far more ignorant, and probably more repressed, than the moms.
And it’s not banning to leave a book off a shelf. Do the libraries have a Chilton’s repair manual for a 1970 Ford Maverick? Guess they are banning that one too.
How about Donald Trump’s Art of the Deal? Now, that would be edgy to carry.
There is nothing wrong with a school library being a dull place filled with reference material, albeit do schools even need places anymore to store reference material?
That basically means we don’t need school libraries. We’d save a lot of money getting rid of them.
Frankly, it’s looking like we don’t even need public schools anymore. A voucher system would sure give the moms a chance to fire tut-tutting superintendents.
By the way, Penn Delco parents were you aware than any boy can now enter your daughter’s bathroom in the district if he says he’s feeling a little feminine?

Lisa is phenomenal and has been working on behalf of EDUCATION and not INDOCTRINATION for years and years. We need many more school directors like her.
ONE EXAMPLE: Unfortunately, the West Chester Area School District (where I live) has far too many pornographic books in our school libraries. For example, last year eight of our nine school board members voted to keep the pornographic book Gender Queer in our taxpayer-funded high school libraries. Shame on them! Believe me, the WCASD is only one of innumerable public schools which has this book in their school libraries.
GENDER QUEER SYNOPSIS: Gender Queer is “a graphic biography of a young female who wants to be male, but has to figure out how to incorporate her female body into that fantasy. It has depictions of her masturbating while pretending to be male and imagining she has a penis that’s receiving oral sex. It includes images of male homosexual behavior, which this young female wants to be a part of.”

EVERYONE should be supporting Lisa in her effort to rid her district of these books. It’s time for taxpayers to come to their senses and vote those who support taxpayer-funded pornography in our schools OUT OF OFFICE! These books are in far too many schools, all over PA and our country. It’s NOT BOOK BANNING to object to having them accessible to minors in our schools; if people want their children to read pornographic they can buy them at Amazon, innumerable book stores, and even unfortunately get them in our public libraries.
Peddling Pornography to minors in our schools and the parents are not up in arms yet about what is happening to their children?
Shame on them for not rising up and running to take back the school boards!
Here in the North Penn School District in Montgomery County, PA, there are several books in school libraries that are pornographic. I read an excerpt of one of them at a school board meeting and not one of the board members even flinched. They are all Dems and are pushing this agenda along with CRT.
This year they hired a drag queen, Annie Christ, for the IT Dept. He is in daily contact with students for no reason. The way the superintendent explained it to me, Eric Torres (drag queen) should not have contact with students. But he does.

We must spread the word about what is happening in the schools.

One district is just as bad as another (and our children’s education is suffering). Shame on them!
Leon Armour is a tyrant and a fool. He thinks he owns the school district. He runs interference for Steinhoff, who at the February 2021 school board meeting, claimed he would implement DEI even if he had to lie to the parents, residents and taxpayers. Don’t take my word for it, go to YouTube where the meeting is archived, and listen to the pute evil this man spouts.
These people are totally out of control and need to be fired this election. Period.
In a meeting later in the year, possibly August or September of 2021, Leon made some cry baby statement about how school board is “just a volunteer position” and how he could resign at any time.
Do us all a favor Leon and resign. The district would be better off with out a clown running the show. I doubt he will because power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
