We’ve got lemon balm now, a relative of mint. It’s native to the Mediterranean and Europe, but it’s been naturalized here. The leaves have the same shape as mint leaves, but if you crush them, they give off a lemon scent. You can rub them on your skin and it will repel mosquitoes. Probably the same way citronella repels them.
