Tonight’s Meal — A Simple Beef Stew

Tonight’s meal by Chef William Lawrence for this unseasonable cool June day was a simple beef stew chock-full of carrots and potatoes served alongside a homemade merlot. The feast was started with a fresh melon salad and ended with chocolate pudding made by Mrs. Chef William.
