Where does that item come from? From what I had read, the wheel arose in the late Stone Age, in the area that would become known as the Fertile Crescent. That was quite some time before anyone settled the steppes of north-central Europe.
Ask Banacek! He’s the final word on such things.
You doubt Omnibits???????
While the argument about where the first wheel was made is not fully resolved, Central Europe is probably the strongest contender.
We do have to make one clarification, though. It is Slovenia (Ljubljana Marshes) where the world’s oldest known wooden wheel was found.
It is the earliest depiction of a wheeled vehicle that was found in Poland.
