When Bad Things Happen — Today is the 24th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Charlie Kirk would have been just seven years old when it happened.
Anyway, Sharon Devaney wrote a sweet and lovely book for children while recuperating from a serious accident to help them deal with things like 9/11 and yesterday’s political assassination of the gentle Charlie Kirk.
The characters are named for her children and close neighbors who were suffering in difficult situations.
