Oh, but I thought the Indians were peaceful nature children, living in harmony with Mother Earth and the Great Spirit, and never fighting among themselves, until the evil White Man showed up and gave them all whiskey and small pox?
The myth of the peaceful Indian is certainly taught in our schools and culture.
