Have you ever had a Popeye’s apple pie? It’s said to be delicious and “old school, deep fried like the one McDonald’s ones used to be 20 years ago.” 
How about Burger King’s Rodeo Burger called the “best thing ever”.

Just had a Rodeo Burger from the Baltimore Pike Burger King in Springfield, Pa. It wasn’t on the menu and had to ask for it. It was a single and much smaller than the one in the photo. Actually it didn’t look at all like the photo.
It was still probably better than your average fast food burger which is not saying much.
If you want a really good burger in Springfield get a the blue cheese burger — or whatever they call it — at the Springfield Diner on Baltimore Pike which is practically just across the street from the BK.
tried the Rodeo Burger. I will stick with the Whopper.
