I just heard they cancelled the event at the high school in Delco, PA. Biden, confused as usual, thought he was supposed to make a speech at the DELCO Auto Parts plant in Michigan, and ordered his pilots to take him there. Karine Jean-Pierre tried to convince him he was mistaken, but he simply asked “[W]ho the hell are you and what are you doing on my plane?”
