Delco Dems Harassing Restaurants — The Democrats that run Delaware County, Pa. have recruited an ill-trained host of code inspectors which they have sicced on the county’s mom and pop restaurants.
The Delaware County Daily Times, which is their mouthpiece, have been dutifully publicizing the claims — regardless of how minor — of these inspectors happily using the names of the establishments putting them in the worst possible light.
Joy Schwartz, who is running for Delaware County (Pa) Council, has been banned from commenting on these articles.
Joy, your comments are more than welcome here and we’ll start with this one:
I have apparently been prohibited from commenting on articles in the Delco Times. So, I will spread my “misinformation” here.
From a reliable source… The Delco Health Department sends aspiring “health inspectors” to a 5 week “health inspector training” to learn how to pick pepper from fly poop. These people have no idea how restaurants operate in real life, so when the soda hose leaks a drop of seltzer into the ice container, they clutch their pearls in horror.
The newly trained inspectors are then deployed to nitpick and harass small restaurants, subjecting them to insufferable and cost-prohibitive regulations, in the name of protecting the public, forcing some to close down.
Then the Daily Times reports on every peccadillo committed by mom and pop establishments as if they are the muckrakers of old.
It is shameful for the Delco Health Department to use these blatant intimidation tactics and for so-called journalists to enable them to kill small businesses!
This is the same health department that gives out free condoms in bulk on request, lies about how many vaccines they administered, and cannot find anything better to do with their time.
It is a wasteful government boondoggle that is being used by the Delco Council of clowns, to hide the fact that hospitals are closing on their watch, emergency services are failing, and their priorities are completely backassward.
Scary Report From Panama About Illegal Influx — Noted war correspondent Michael Yon has been in Panama covering the impending surge of immigrants as the Biden administration prepares to abandon Title 42 on May 11.
Title 42 was the health law imposed during the coronavirus pandemic to control migration at the U.S.-Mexico border.
“These people will later be armed, uniformed, and informed they can take your life and your property,” he said. “Folks who have followed my war work for many years know that I do not write flippantly or inaccurately. And that I am careful with my words. You. Are. At. War. Lethal war. Ultimate consequences. Including genocide. Randomly pick any of my work over the past twenty years. Read a dozen random dispatches. Do an audit of my accuracy. Inaction now is death later.”
He also says that the masses of people have made disease rampant in Panama and that the Chinese have weaponized dengue fever.
FBI Training Transgender Agents — Emerald Robinson is reporting that the FBI is training transgender agents at Quantico and that one has already passed and is now a special agent in the Washington DC field office.
Phony Josh Flies While Pennsylvania Dies — David Galluch at Broad+Liberty points out that Pennsylvanians could be living in clover if the state wasn’t run by those who hate energy.
At least for most of us.
Gov. Hypocrite
Of course, they love energy for themselves. One can’t go to a free Super Bowl party on a bicycle, right Josh Shapiro? That would be gauche. A private jet is required.
At least we hope it was a private jet. Josh isn’t really saying.
Oh, if he went commercial our poor governor would have been snickered at the whole night by his 1-percenter buddies.
Anyway, Galluch points out that Shapiro appears to be planning to maintain Pennsylvania’s membership in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), which makes it impossible for Pennsylvania’s natural gas industry to operate.
“So much for supporting an industry that supports the employment of over six percent of our commonwealth,” he says.
How Teachers Swiped $2 Billion From Social Security — Joe Fried, a retired CPA who ran his own auditing firm, has a great column on his Substack in which he tells how he was a part of an investigation into how teachers in Texas managed to swipe $2 billion from Social Security in a double-dipping scam.
Teachers on their last day would work six-hours as a minimum wage janitor letting them collect their pension and a Social Security check despite never having paid into Social Security.
CIA Election Manipulation Undeniable Now — The CIA put its heavy thumb on the scales and was instrumental in Joe Biden’s dubious 2020 victory in the presidential election.
The involvement of our intelligence service is now impossible to deny.
Michael Morell testified to Congress earlier this month that he and 50 other former intelligence official signed this public statement that the Hunter Biden laptop scandal being reported by the New York Post in October 2020 was a a Russian disinformation campaign.
Morell was a former Deputy Director of the CIA and had twice been acting director.
Michael Morell
Others signing it included former CIA directors John Brennan, Mike Hayden and Leon Panetta, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
The signatories knew they were lying.
They were put up to it by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, then senior advisor to the Biden campaign.
This is infinitely more seditious than anything that happened on Jan. 6, 2021.
Those who care about the sanctity of the ballot box — which is most Americans — should be outraged by this.
Of course, how many New York Times readers know? How about those who get their news from CBS? NBC?
Tucker Carlson Heritage Speech; Historic, Ironic, Scary And Hopeful — Tucker Carlson addressed the Heritage Foundation, April 21, hours after his last show with Fox News and three days before the suits fired him despite his being the most-watched cable newsman.
“The most likely outcome is the most ironic outcome,” he said in the short discussion with Heritage President Kevin Roberts that ended his appearance.
He was quoting Elon Musk whom he just interviewed.
The hit-you-in-the gut part of Tucker’s talk come about half-way through when he starts talking about abortion and transgender surgery.
“Policy papers don’t account for it at all,” he said. “If you have people who are saying ‘I have an idea, let’s castrate the next generation; let’s sexually mutilate children’, I’m sorry that’s not a political debate . . . What’s the outcome we are desiring here? An androgynous population? . . . I don’t think that anyone could defend that as a positive outcome.”
He points out though that the weight of the government and a lot of corporate interests are behind that.
“What is that?” he says. “Well, it’s irrational.”
He said he understood the traditional debate regarding abortion i.e. sometimes it might be necessary vs protecting life.
“But if you are telling me abortion is a positive good, what are you saying? Well, you are arguing for child sacrifice. . . When the treasury secretary stands up and says ‘You know what you can do to help economy? Get an abortion’ that’s like an Aztec principle,” he said.
“What’s the point of child sacrifice? Well, there’s no policy goal entwined with that. That’s a theological phenomenon . . . none of this makes sense in conventional political terms. When people, or crowds of people or the largest crowd of people of all, which is the federal government, the largest human organization in human history, decide that the goal is to destroy things . . . which you’re watching is not a political movement, it’s evil.
He explained that humanity has always had an understanding of good and evil.
“Good is characterized by order, calmness, tranquility, peace, lack of conflict, cleanliness . . . and evil is characterized by their opposites, violence, hate, disorder, division, disorganization, and filth,” he said. “If you are all in on the things that produce the latter basket of outcomes, what you’re really advocating for is evil.”
Kevin Roberts with Tucker Carlson, April 22
Tucker’s quote regarding irony concerned how the the internet was causing ignorance.
“The core promise of the internet was as much information as we’ve ever had at your fingertips and the result has been the centralization of information –deliberate . . . but unnoticed by most people — (that) results in more controlled information that we could even have imagined 20 years ago,” he said.
“So a lot of information just is not available because it’s digital and it’s controlled by a small number of companies. Polling suggests that a lot of Americans — and I don’t mean hundreds but hundreds of millions of Americans – have no idea what’s going on. They don’t know the facts about certain things. It’s not because they are dumb or distracted on their iPhone. The whole point of the iPhone was to inform you and the net effect has been people completely ignorant of the . . . non-disputed facts about a lot of different things and you saw this certainly during Covid. That challenges the idea of democracy which rests of the notion of an informed voting public.”
Tucker said to save non-digital media like books because they can’t be revised by Big Brother. He said to prioritize the tangible, especially personal relationships.
“As the world becomes more digitized and people live in this . . . realm that’s disconnected to physical reality, I think the only way to stay sane is to cling more tightly to the things that you can smell. I’ve gotten to the point where if I can’t smell it, I’m not dealing with it and that includes books.”
Tucker encouraged all Americans to pray for their country for 10 minutes a day.
Tucker Carlson Leaves Fox — Tucker Carlson has left Fox News. His last program was April 21. Call it corporate suicide. Maybe Bud Light will advertise.
Joe Fried On Fox Settlement — CPA and election integrity activist Joe Fried haspublishedon Substack a great take on the Fox vs Dominion Voting Systems legal battle.
The highest form of the art of war is not to fight but to corrupt everything of value in your enemy’s country until the perception of your enemy is so distorted that he doesn’t even perceive you as an enemy anymore.” – Yuri Bezmenov
Not saying Bud Light has anything of value but the point stands, specially when you consider things like the 1619 Project and Howard Zinn
