Did you ever eat gruel?Did you ever eat gruel? It’s actually something you drink rather than eat. It is a cereal boiled in water or milk. Malt is gruel.  If you ever drank Ovaltine, you’ve had gruel.

Porridge is also cereal boiled in water or milk but thicker. Have you ever eaten that? Oatmeal is porridge, as is Cream of Wheat. Yes, you probably have eaten porridge.

  1. Bill:
Can you investigate and find the names of the delegates running in the April primary — and for whom they are committed?
    Thank you.

    1. John,

Lois Kaneshiki is among those trying to do that and this is what she has come up with so far: https://excel.office.live.com/x/ExcelView.aspx?FBsrc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fattachments%2Ffile_preview.php%3Fid%3D1710620799185415%26time%3D1460085870%26metadata&access_token=100000774418414%3AAVJqS_VTuKdiWlm1J7QpBkxZNp7mOkyJgRwbaJG5At6QTw&title=DELEGATE+LIST+2016.xls
