Yes, but posting while it’s still a rumor without any backing is stupid. It would be like someone saying they heard that Japanese are crazy, but have never even met anyone from Japan in person or gotten to know them, and have only seen videos and websites online with very derogatory names.

Youtube videos aren’t proof. Actually meeting people from the country and getting to know them is proof, along with studying their culture and history. You don’t know anyone from Japan, so you have no proof.
