Jeffrey Epstein Craig Spence — Pervert to the powerful Jeffrey Epstein died about 7 a.m., this morning, Aug. 10 after apparently hanging himself in his New York jail cell.
Was it a suicide or an Arkancide? We can’t rule out suicide. The death of Craig Spence is pretty much accepted as a suicide after all.
