Slandering Walt Disney — This is for 17-year-old Florida girls who may not understand that the trashing of American icons in their history classes stems from seeds planted long before they were born by not so nice people

Not even the saints were perfect, but Walt Disney fares better than most of us which maybe explains why he became a target of the haters in his prime and  still remains such  almost five decades after his death.

Here is what he said to a newspaper columnist in 1941 in response to lies printed against and which can be found on  Page 170 of Bob Thomas’s Walt Disney: An American Original.
