Supremes Return Voter ID To Judge Who Upheld The Law

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court an hour ago sent the photo-voter ID law back to Commonwealth Court Judge  Robert Simpson to determine by Oct. 2 whether the the procedures being used for deployment” of ID card comports with the law as written, and if not, enter an injunction blocking the law from being enforced.

Is this a good sign or bad sign for the good guys?
Well, the decision was 4-2 with Democrat Max Baer joining Republicans Ronald Castille, Thomas Saylor and Michael Eakin in the majority with Democrats Seamus McCaffery and Debra McCloskey Todd writing a blistering dissent.

  1. Is this a good sign or bad sign for the good guys? you ask.
    I view with great pessimism what is in store.
    The question should be, “Where do we find and elect these people who influence and run out lives?
    I want term limits on anyone elected to public office. I want school vouchers. I want a flat tax. I want anyone convicted of vote fraud to serve a mandatory 5-year sentence.
    I want a lot of things that will happen when pigs fly.
