Tucker Interview With Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund

Tucker Interview With Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund — Tucker Carlson X-posted a new interview with former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund regarding the Jan. 6 riot.

His first interview with the Chief was scheduled to air on Fox News, April 24, the day he was fired from the network.

He couldn’t air it because Fox owns the video.

So he and Sund did a new one.

It will change minds about what happened and who should get the blame.

Hint: It’s not President Trump.

The video might also awaken minds as to how corrupt and politicized our system of justice has become.

At the very end, Sund notes that all charges were dropped from the attack on the White House in the summer of 2020 despite numerous injuries to Secret Service personnel and other law enforcement, and much property damage.

Here’s the interview:

Election Fraud Revealed In Chester County?

Election Fraud Revealed In Chester County? — ChescoUnited discussed , Aug. 10, a canvass of 144 of the 3,115 who voted in 2022 in Chester County, Pa. despite being recorded as having had a change of address.

About 70 percent in the canvass appeared to have moved away for good.

A change of address doesn’t necessarily mean an illegitimate vote. A student returning from college or someone who divides his time between two homes could be in the address change database and still legally vote in Chesco.

The canvassers said, however, they could only ascertain that for about 30 percent.

Which means 70 percent very well may be illegitimate voters.

This is a pretty strong indication of fraud.

Considering the willingness of people to hack an ID for a few thousand dollars why would anyone even question the possibility that some might conspire to steal a government with access to a billion or trillion dollars?

Also revealed was that 40 percent of the world still does not have access to electricity or gas for cooking, and relies on biomass which would be things like wood, charcoal, crop waste and dung.

These are far more polluting that electricity and gas.

Did you know that a natural gas energy plant takes up only a twentieth the land as one that uses solar power?

Chesco Sheriff Morale Issues Mean Rent-A-Cops At Courthouse

Chesco Sheriff Morale Issues Mean Rent-A-Cops At Courthouse — County sheriffs are typically tasked in Pennsylvania to provide courthouse protection but Chester County judges find themselves resorting to private security.

The Chesco Sheriff Department under Fredda Maddox is short 40 deputies. The problems started soon after the Democrat won election in 2019 — replacing Bunny Welsh who declined to seek re-election — and are attributed to bad morale.

Ms. Maddox is not seeking to keep the post this November, however, but is running for county judge.

Fredda Maddox

She has hand-picked Kevin Dykes to be her successor.

Running against Dykes is Republican Roy Kofroth.

Former Deputy Matt Mendenhall posted the below on social media.

To all my friends, family and acquaintances in Chester County PA.

Please vote for Roy Kofroth for Sheriff.

From April of 2017 until June of 2020, I was a proud Chester County deputy sheriff working respectfully under Sheriff Carolyn “Bunny” Welsh.

During that time (September of 2017) I became involved with her K-9 unit and ultimately became a handler working an EDC named “Nero”. Nero and I proved to be an excellent team and provided solid service to all of the citizens of Chester county on a daily basis.

I was promoted to the rank of Corporal of K9 and worked beside some of the best law-enforcement officers anyone would hope to be beside during the worst and best of times.

In December 2019 Sheriff Welsh decided not to run for the position she held honorably for 20+ years and with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Her deputies respected her, she supported all of us and went to war right beside us everyday as a true leader does and anyone working in that office at that time would wholeheartedly agree.

As with any job, there were always a few hiccups here and there, but nothing that we were unable to get through as a team.

Sheriff Welsh retired with the respect of the office and handed the reins over to Sheriff elect Fredda Maddox who appointed Kevin Dykes as her Chief Deputy.

Between January and March of 2020, things declined rapidly under the leadership of Maddox and Dykes, morale was awful and deputies were leaving at an alarming rate to work at other police departments, some even taking a pay cut or choosing p/t to do so.

When they realized where my loyalty fell, they both rather quickly made it a priority to completely destroy my reputation and character, not only as a corporal but also as a friend to other deputies and an award-winning K9 handler with numerous achievements under Sheriff Welsh.

Nero was taken away from me by Dykes and Maddox, there were warnings or no reasons provided to me. They both presented lies to other deputies and command staff about me not wanting him anymore and that I was no longer interested in the unit. This was an absolute distasteful lie that Maddox and Dyke’s presented to my closest co-workers. I sent numerous emails to the sheriff and the chief pleading with them to allow me to keep my position with K9 and to not take Nero away from me. I have several email copies to prove this. I had a one on one meeting with Sheriff Maddox and was still denied the request to remain with my k9 partner.

Matt Mendenhall and Nero

Nero was taken away from me for no reason, whisked away by another Corporal who was also unfortunately lied to and who turned against me. To this day they have never told me where Nero went, who he’s with or what he’s doing and that is what hurts the most.

My family was and is STILL devastated.

As if that wasn’t hurtful enough, I was then falsely accused of starting arguments, making threats and insulting the current Sergeant even though it was quite the opposite, I was relieved of my Corporal duties for reasons unbeknownst to anyone besides them. I was sent to the government service center (GSC) away from everybody to wand people at the entrance before finally resigning in June of 2020 in order to save my career and integrity before becoming completely smeared by Maddox, Dykes and the Sergeant.

To say this was a blow to my 20 year LEO career is an understatement, never during my entire time as a police officer was I ever treated so terribly and embarrassed to wear the uniform. I was unethically written up by incompetent, inexperienced lieutenants (Unrelated to K9) who were too afraid to do the right thing. And for the record to all, Sheriff Welsh also went through the same type of smear campaign run by those who became greedy with power, lies and falsehoods.

So if you’ve made it this far into my post, thank you for sticking with me, I ask all of you please, as someone who has worked directly under Kevin Dykes, I plead with you to not vote for him as Sheriff, whether you’re a Democrat, an Independent or a Republican, PLEASE do not cast your vote for this unethical man

Ask some of the deputies personally if you second-guess anything I’ve stated, there is a reason he was not kept and retained in his former position with the DAs office.

Vote for Roy Kofroth, I know him well, he has great intentions, knows the job and is a man of integrity. He stood beside me during one of the absolute worst times in my career and has the respect of everyone in the office to which Dykes cannot say, again, vote Roy Kofroth for Sheriff and share this with your family and friends, thank you.

Obviously, Mr. Mendenhall comments are personal and subjective, and one can reasonably either accept or reject them.

On the other hand, the Sheriff Department is down 40 deputies and the Courthouse is using private security.

Some more things to consider:

  • For what is Ms. Maddox using the money in the budget for those missing 40 deputies?
  • How much extra is the private security costing the Chesco taxpayer?

If Chester County residents don’t awake from wokeness, the quality of living there is going to drop to the point where one’s former lifestyle will be but a sweet memory.

Canterbury Tales And The Constitution

Canterbury Tales And The Constitution — Most know of, or should, Geoffrey Chaucer who wrote The Canterbury Tales, which is usually considered the start of literature in the English language.

He was born in 1340 which would have been near the end of the High Middle Ages, and lived until 1400 in the Late Middle Ages.

He was a boy when the Black Plague killed half the world’s population and served in the 100 Year War being taken prisoner by the French.

Chaucer and his wife, Philippa Roet, had four sons including Thomas who became speaker of the House of Commons. He married Matilda Burghersh.

Their only child was Alice.

Alice’s first two husbands died in the 100 Year War — it was a 100 year war, after all, so for granddad and grandsons-in-law could all participate– and she ended up marrying  William de la Pole, 1st Duke of Suffolk.

De la Pole’s court intrigues and adventures would make him a major character in William Shakespeare’s Henry VI plays.

The de la Pole line would play a big role on the Yorkist side in the War of the Roses which started in 1455.

When that ended, the family found itself at odds with the House of Tudor compromise. They were generally beheaded, killed in battle or imprisoned for life.

Except for Richard, Geoffrey’s great-great grandson, who managed to flee to France.

While he never married he had a daughter, Marguerite, via his mistress Marie.

Marguerite descendants would include Charles Louis de Secondat, Baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu. He is known as the political philosopher Montesquieu.

Montesquieu said there were three primary forms of governments each supported by a social principle. Monarchies  are free governments headed by a hereditary figure, and which rely on the principle of honor. Republics  are free governments headed by popularly elected leaders and rely on the principle of virtue. Despotisms are the third. They are unfree and headed by despots who rely on fear.

Montesquieu wrote  The Spirit of Law in 1748. He said that a government should be created so that no man need be afraid of another. He advocated a separation of powers between the executive, judicial and legislative to stop despots.

From that comes the separation of powers in the United States Constitution.

Political scientist Donald Lutz notes that Montesquieu was cited more than any other source but for the Bible by the American founders in pre-revolutionary British America

And that is Canterbury Tales and the Constitution.

Fitch US Debt Downgrade To AA+ Is Generous

Fitch US Debt Downgrade To AA+ Is Generous

Fitch US Debt Downgrade To AA+ Is Generous

By Joe Guzzardi

Rating agency Fitch, Aug. 1, dropped the U.S. government’s long-term credit rating from AAA to AA+. Fitch said the downgrade “reflects the expected fiscal deterioration over the next two or three years, a high and growing general government debt burden, and the erosion of governance.” The surprise is that, in light of Fitch’s concern about how the Biden administration manages the federal government, the rating agency didn’t downgrade further. Save for the detrimental effect a further downgrade would have on the markets, a bigger lowering is justified.

“There has been a steady deterioration in standards of governance over the last 20 years, including on fiscal and debt matters,” the agency said. “The repeated debt limit political standoffs and last-minute resolutions have eroded confidence in fiscal management.”

U.S. debt has surpassed $31 trillion and is expected to reach $52 trillion in 2033. Rising interest rates, as the Fed attempts to cool down inflation, have fueled Fitch’s concerns about the overall debt burden. The prediction of the Congressional Budget Office that the ratio of federal debt-to-GDP would nearly double from 98 percent in 2023 to 181 percent in 2053 is a nightmarish worry.

In an alternative but more troubling scenario drafted by the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, the debt-to-GDP ratio could soar even higher, hitting 222 percent of GDP by 2053. In the past 17 months, the Federal Reserve has hikedits overnight bank lending rate 11 times. More increases are certain. Analysts predict the obvious — that the U.S. is on a course of “drowning in debt.”

When Fitch refers to “the erosion of governance” — meaning bad governance — surely those who pass judgment on the U.S. debt must have in their minds the wild, imprudent spending spree that the Biden administration immediately embarked on. A sampling: the “American Rescue Plan,” a $1.9 trillion bill disguised as a COVID-19 relief package; second, the “American Jobs Plan” at $2.3 trillion, falsely advertised as legislation that would upgrade the nation’s infrastructure, and third, the “American Families Plan,” $1.8 trillion in spending that’s vaguely defined as a bill to expand access to education, reduce the cost of child care and support women in the workforce. In total, the Biden administration has laid out $6 trillion that it doesn’t have for bills with questionable purposes that will produce dubious results, if any.

Also raising eyebrows over at Fitch regarding sound governance must be the White House’s determination to support Ukraine in its endless war against Russia. Ukraine is now the top recipient of U.S. foreign aid, and the White House has poured more than $75 billion into a corrupt country’s coffers without any accountability for how the funds have been disbursed. The consensus opinion is that the war has no end in sight and may drag into 2025, thereby sucking up more U.S. taxpayer money.

Fitch must also interpret the unprecedented Southwest border invasion as poor governance. The arriving migrants are mostly poor, undereducated and therefore likely to become government assistance-dependent. Estimated at more than 5.5 million since Biden’s inauguration, the migrants’ presence has disrupted major cities, including New York City and Chicago, as well as many Texas border communities. Because the migrant crisis is so severe and far-reaching, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healy (D) has asked Bay State residents to house Haitian and Central American illegal aliens. The invasion costs taxpayers billions of dollars, and the costs are mounting. Since no one truly knows the migrants’ backgrounds and intentions, or what their total number may eventually reach, Fitch analysts must view the open border with skepticism, another example of misguided governance.

Finally, looking ahead to 2024, Fitch must look askance at the prospect of either former President Donald Trump, who will be 78 on Election Day, or Biden, who then will be 82, in the White House. Whoever wins, four more years of divided government is assured.

Looking at the whole disheartening picture, Fitch’s AA+ grade is generous. The piling of more debt onto the mountain of existing debt, the unnecessary and expensive entanglement in a foreign war that has no bearing on the U.S., an open border — an obvious national security threat — that’s given entry to known terroristsand enabled drug and human trafficking, and a contentious federal government at least until 2028 are all huge waving red flags. The agency’s declaration that the outlook for the U.S. is “stable” is highly doubtful.
