We’ve got a chance to vacate/withdraw the recent certification of PA electors for Joe Biden, based on alleged fraud in the General Election.
Senator Doug Mastriano offered a resolution on Friday to that effect stating that the GOP-controlled state legislature “will make a bid to reclaim its power to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College.” Click HERE for more information.

Massive Vote Fraud Established In Pennsylvania — It’s certain that there was massive fraud in the election and Donald Trump is the winner.
Wednesday, Nov. 25, the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Committee chaired by Senator Douglas V. Mastriano (R-33) held a hearing regarding the Trump campaign claims.
Gregory Stenstrom — who has expertise in forensic computer science, security and fraud and who was a poll watcher in Chester — revealed that in now-Democrat-controlled Delaware County, the chain of custody was shattered for more than 100,000 ballots; all the legally established procedures were ignored; and 47 USB cards containing vital data have disappeared.
“All chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone,” he said. “All forensic evidence and all custody sheets are gone.”
The only fair solution is to throw out all of Delaware County presidential votes and hold new elections for the other offices.
Montco GOP Chairwoman Elizabeth Preate Havey testified starting at the 1:40:00 mark that county’s Democrat-controlled administration did not allow the Republicans meaningful view of the mail ballots at any time despite numerous requests. Further, the Republicans were initially told they “could not directly check the mail-in ballots”. The county agreed after push-back to allow two watchers in the counting room but they were never able to see the ballots up close, she said.
“There was no meaningful observation of the ballots,” she said. “And absolutely no check of the ballots by anyone other than the county staff — which is all run by the Democrats — as to whether or not these ballots met election code criteria.”
She said they could not check to see if voters voted twice or if voters were deceased.
“And with the removal of the signature . . . there was no way to protect against someone fraudulently voting for a registered voter,” she said.
She said this involved 200,000 ballots.
She said the Republicans were not provided with the county’s change in rules that allowed curing of the ballots. She said the county did not allow the GOP to have a representative present during the pre-canvass when it reviewed and contacted voters about defective ballots.
This type of pre-canvass was illegal, she said.
She said voters told her they received mail-in ballots even though they did nor request one.
She said at least 188 deceased people voted in Montgomery County.
Montco GOP Executive Director Julia Vahey followed Ms. Havey and said that she was one of the Republican observers that were finally allowed into the counting room.
“I was corralled into a small, narrow holding area which was blocked off by tables and Plexiglas barriers in the corner of the room,” she said. “I only had visibility to the space were ballots were flattened and scanned. This was a huge area and the closest scanner was approximately 6-feet away and the farthest approximately 25-yards away.”
She had no access or view of the room where the ballots were sorted, outside envelopes were inspected or were the outside and secrecy envelopes were opened. She said the space was divided from the scanning room by a large white wall.
It was a separate room although the county election board insisted it was all one.
“During our walk-through of the canvass facility, Sunday, Nov. 1, we argued that it was a separate room and were told by the County chief operating officer (Lee Soltysiak) that we would be able to view this space by security camera footage.”
She said the footage was streamed to a conference room on the other end of the building that was a four-minute walk away. She said the footage was of extremely poor quality and one could only see pixelated images of workers moving around the room and there was no ‘meaningful visibility’ of the ballots.”
She still lacks the information to tell voters that their vote was counted.
Col. Phil Waldron, a retired Army electronics/information warfare specialist, had maybe the most damning testimony starting at about the 1:09:00 mark.
He says his team has been working on voter machine manipulation since August but has joined with another team that has been involved with the matter since 2018 election after “after significant anomalies were observed in the Texas senate race between Democrat Beto O’Rourke and incumbent Republican Ted Cruz; and the Kentucky governor’s race between Democrat Andy Beshear and incumbent Republican Matt Bevin. Cruz won his race but it was surprisingly close, while Beshear upset Bevin.
He said “many, many more” small teams of IT security people are investigating voting machine manipulation and finding it real.
“The voting systems in the U.S. and in Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated,” he said. “They’ve been used in elections around the world and stolen elections around the world in Venezuela, Italy, Argentina, Singapore, Bolivia (which is) closest two weeks ago.”
He said the systems are connected to the internet and to servers outside the United States.
He said there is no transparency as to how the voter information is processed or stored. He said the voting record is able to modified or delated by operators, administrators and outside threats. Operators can assign votes for write-in vote ballots, blank ballots or error ballots in large numbers that can be directed a particular candidate at the operators or supervisors discretion.
Waldron brought up the theft of USB drives from a Philadelphia election warehouse which we reported here.
He said he his experts think that possibly 1.2 million Pennsylvania votes were altered or fraudulent. He said only a detailed forensic analysis of the machines and software would truly show how many citizens had their civil rights violated.
Waldron described spike anomalies.
“These are events that where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that’s not . . . mechanically possible under normal circumstances.”
There is a manufacturer’s specified rate of speed as to the number of ballots that can be imaged and processed, he noted.
On Election Day there was a spike of about 337,000 votes added in “one big batch” in Pennsylvania in 90 minutes.
“That’s an anomaly in the reporting. Normally, you would expect to see a smooth curve going up not any big spikes . . . That big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting,” he said.
There were several other spikes through the night. Taken together they represented about 577,000 votes for Biden and about 3,200 for Trump.
Waldron and Rudy Giuliani made a claim that does not hold up in that 1.8 million absentee ballots were requested but 2.5 million returned. It’s conclusive that far more than 2.5 million absentee ballots were requested.
Waldron’s error may be due to bad labeling on the Department of State’s website.
Another troubling tidbit comes from State Rep. Don Moul (R-91). Moul said (2:28:55) he tried to get a requirement that mail-in ballots be barcoded but was told by Gov. Wolf that such a provision would be subject to automatic veto if it should hit his desk. Why should Wolf object to such a provision? Why don’t the self-proclaimed “watchdogs” in the old media ask?
Another bombshell came from Sen. Mario M. Scavello (R-40) who said at the 2:35:29 mark the legislature did not vote for the new machines but was done at the mandate of the governor.
Bunny Welsh Martyr To Trump Hate — Put this in the why we hate the media category. Former Chester County Sheriff Carolyn “Bunny” Welsh is making national news for the theft charge levied against her.
The charge is politically motivated. Bunny was a big booster of Donald Trump and has been in several photographs seated or standing next to the great man. The charge was levied by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office headed by partisan hack and shameless corporatist Josh Shapiro.
So what exactly was this vile thing Bunny did? This valuable bauble she took to allow her to luxuriate in ill-gotten splendor?
Bunny as sheriff created and ran the Chester County K-9 unit. It was mostly funded through non-government sources. The allegation of theft is based on the claim she had deputies help with some of the fundraising while on duty and that one of the deputies used K-9 money for a vet bill for a family pet.
That this is a media scandal shows the twisted — and yeah, evil — philosophy that guides the establishment mouthpieces. That she has been vengefully charged with a crime shows that those who hate the president — and his supporters — are tyrants in waiting.

Affidavits from voters and volunteers describe experiences that match exactly what they would experience in specifically referred locations
Data expressing outrageous statistical oddities.
The last point is conclusive. Byrne, who has an M.A. in mathematical logic from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Stanford, said that thousands of sequential Biden votes were registered in some places. He said that a mere thousand sequential votes occurring in a 96 percent pro-Biden ward would have the probability of a quadrillion-to-1.
Biden is not going to be the president.
You want to dispute this? OK, do the math showing Byrne is wrong or show that Biden didn’t get thousands of sequential votes.

For the roughly 70 million disappointed America First voters, dark clouds have already formed over Capitol Hill. Former Vice President Joe Biden’s Attorney General and Department of Homeland Security Secretary candidates, rumored to be on his short list for those critically important posts, have political philosophies far afield from the mainstream.
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is a leading contender to become the U.S. Attorney General. Before replacing AG Kamala Harris in Sacramento, Becerra was a 17-term U.S. Representative who represented Los Angeles, and at one time chaired the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. During his tenure as California’s A.G., Becerra has sued the Trump administration over 100 times. Becerra’s primary anti-President Trump litigation targets have been immigration related, and are issues that are well within the administration’s legal authority – primarily federal law enforcement, sanctuary cities, amnesty, refugee resettlement, the southwest border wall and deferred action for childhood arrivals.
Becerra advocates for decriminalizing illegal immigration, and once said that unlawfully present foreign nationals don’t act “violently or in a way that’s harmful to people. And I would argue they are not harming people indirectly either.” Such a statement is an emotional defense of illegal immigration and ignores the well-documented crimes, many of them violent, that aliens have committed in California, and the U.S. worker job displacement that their presence represents. Illegal immigrant workers are covered at taxpayer expense by all the protectionsstate and federal law provide statewide for all employees. California employers have hired an estimated 1.6 million aliens, the majority of which work in nonagricultural industries. In addition to his previous 100-plus lawsuits against the Trump administration, Becerra has promised to sue over any lame duck executive orders the White House may issue.
The irony is that Becerra and Gov. Gavin Newsom have repeatedly violated 8 U. S. C. §1324, a felony to “encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside” unlawfully in the U.S. For decades, the toothless federal government has allowed California and its local authorities to violate immigration law, and go unpunished. Should Becerra ascend to the U.S. Attorney General’s office, expect even more tolerance of illegal immigration.
In another sobering announcement, Biden’s transition team appointed Ur Mendoza Jaddou and Cecilia Muñoz to its staff. Jaddou was once U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services counsel under then-President Barack Obama, and is currently the DHS Watch Director at America’s Voice. America’s Voice is one of Washington, D.C.’s most influential pro-immigration lobbies, and advocates for giving the nation’s illegal immigrant population, estimated from 11 million to 30 million people, a full path to citizenship. The establishment media cites the 11 million, but a more knowledgeable source, Mexico’s former ambassador to the U.S., puts the total at 30 million.
Before serving in the Obama White House, Muñoz spent two decades as the National Council of La Raza’s Senior Vice President for the Office of Research, Advocacy, and Legislation. La Raza, now called Unidos US, has promoted loose borders and amnesty legislation since 1968.
Becerra, Jaddou and Muñoz are surely jockeying for a high-level Cabinet appointment. But even if Biden selects others, those three will have significant influence over the final choices. Immigration expertise isn’t required to predict the Biden team’s disastrous consequences on border security and enforcement. Among the first of President Trump’s America improvements to go may be his Migration Protection Protocols (MPP) wherein Mexico agreed to hold asylum seekers from countries other than Mexico until U.S. federal immigration courts adjudicated their claims.
When nationals from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and figured out that often-fraudulent asylum claims wouldn’t automatically mean release into the U.S. interior, they returned home. Analysts foresee a huge border surge that the coronavirus, deteriorating Central American economic conditions and the presumed lax Biden border policies have precipitated. Until President Trump, previous administrations had been unable to effectively manage border surges.
Biden’s immigration agenda is good for cheap labor-addicted employers, Wall Street and Silicon Valley billionaires who want no cap on H-1Bs, as well as other employment-based visas. The population increases that open borders create lead to more job competition, more school overcrowding, more urban sprawl and, for all but the 1% elite, a diminished quality of life. In Biden’s White House, corporate money will come first; Americans will finish last.

Tucker Carlson Girly Meltdown Over Sidney Powell — Tucker Carlson, who some had thought was Fox News Channel’s last remaining patriot, threw a hissy fit last night (Nov. 19) when Trump attorney Sidney Powell declined to come on his show.
A bad day for Tucker Carlson
Ms. Powell claimed at a press conference that afternoon unprecedented vote fraud occurred Nov. 3.
“So we invited Sidney Powell on this show,” Carlson said. “We would’ve given her the whole hour; we would’ve given her the entire week actually and listened quietly the whole time at rapt attention — that’s a big story. But she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they told us Powell has never given them any evidence either, nor did she provided any today at the press conference.”
Ms. Powell says that millions of votes were switched from Donald Trump to Joe Biden by voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems. She says that this was done by American corporatists and public officials colluding with China, Venezuela and Cuba.
If true, this would be bigger than Pearl Harbor, 9/11 and Fort Sumter combined. This would be treason, sedition and acts of war.
Carlson, to his credit, actually gets this.
“What Powell was describing would amount to the single greatest crime in American history,” he said. “Millions of votes stolen in a day. Democracy destroyed. The end of our centuries-old system of self-government . . .”
So Tucker, we are still watching but Sidney Powell is 100 percent in the right.
Update: Ms. Powell told Maria Bartiromo on today’s Mornings With Maria that she never got angry with Tucker Carlson and actually sent an affidavit to him in response to his request for evidence. She also said she offered him another witness who could explain the mathematical aspects of the case better than she could.
There were many winners and losers on the ballot Election Day, but the name of the biggest loser didn’t appear on the ballot: Governor Tom Wolf. Wolf along with national Democrats invested tens of millions of dollars in a futile attempt to flip control of the Pennsylvania General Assembly only to see the GOP actually tighten its hold on both chambers.
The stakes were high. Republicans have held majorities in both the state Senate and House for the first six years of Wolf’s governorship, and will do so during the last two. While the governor will continue to work his will via executive orders, any chance for enacting his legislative agenda has vanished.
More importantly, the GOP will have the biggest say in the redrawing of congressional district lines. Republican senatorial and legislative candidates were outspent four-to-one as money from a wide array of national Leftwing groups poured into Penn’s Woods in an attempt to gain control of the redistricting process.
Democrats had good reason to be optimistic about their chances. In 2018 a blue wave crashed over the Philadelphia suburbs substantially reducing Republican majorities in both chambers. Polls, wildly inaccurate again this cycle, presaged a strong Democratic vote statewide.
Chances for flipping control of the state Senate had already dimmed after state Senator John Yudichak of Luzerne County left the Democratic Party to become an independent and caucus with Republicans giving the GOP a 29-21 margin. Democrats had high hopes of ousting at least four Republican incumbents; instead, the only GOP loss came in Delaware County where state Senator Tom Killion came up short in his re-election bid.
Republicans off-set that loss as Devlin Robinson ousted state Senator Pam Iovino in Allegheny County. Another Allegheny County seat, that of long-time incumbent Democrat Jim Brewster also appears poised to fall into Republican hands.
Tom Wolf and his national allies poured millions into state House races with spending topping $1 million in some districts. The expected blue wave turned red as the GOP has garnered a net pick-up of at least four seats – including the ousting of House Democratic Leader Frank Dermody of Allegheny County.
Although Joe Biden has scored a contested win in his bid for Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes, Democrats lost two of three statewide constitutional or “row” offices. Incumbent state Treasurer Joe Torsella lost in an upset to Republican Stacy Garrity, while Tim DeFoor became the first person of color to win a statewide office as he was elected Auditor General. It is the first time since 1956 Republicans will hold both of those offices simultaneously.
Democrats had high hopes of flipping at least one congressional seat in Pennsylvania concentrating their efforts on mid-state Congressman Scott Perry, the seat having been touted as one of the five most vulnerable in the nation. In the end, Perry soundly defeated outgoing state Auditor General Eugene Depasquale keeping the seat in GOP hands.
So why the Democratic carnage?
Credit must be given to President Donald Trump whose campaign made Pennsylvania a top target in the process, dramatically increasing the turn-out among Republican voters. Trump’s messaging painting Democrats as radical Leftists out to reshape America into a socialist nation clearly motivated base voters.
Do not, however, underestimate the voter backlash against Governor Tom Wolf and his draconian, inconsistent, and inept policies in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Voters who have been told to abide by the governor’s orders to stem the spread of COVID-19 went to the polls as cases of the virus spiked.
Business closures and unemployment have run rampant throughout the commonwealth this year due to the governor’s policies and by Election Day those policies appeared to have had no impact on the pandemic. Wolf has refused to work together with the Republican-controlled legislature which repeatedly passed legislation aimed at easing the worst of the governor’s draconian policies only to see those bills vetoed.
Legislative Democrats voted in virtual lockstep with the governor. Even when a few went astray, they returned to the fold when override votes were taken, allowing Wolf to consistently prevail. Voters clearly saw what was happening. On Election Day they rewarded the Republicans who stood with them with new terms while turning Democrats out of office.
And so, Tom Wolf set the stage for an embarrassing defeat – squandering millions in campaign cash and ending Democratic hopes of controlling congressional redistricting in Pennsylvania in the process. Voters, as they usually do, had the final say and it was a resounding vote of no confidence in the governor and his legislative allies.
