China Bought Dominion Fact Checked — This story hit a nerve. It’s getting “fact checked” by self-proclaimed gatekeepers at Facebook and elsewhere.

Things have evolved and some of the criticism is legitimate. For instance, it is correct to point out that the securities sold by Staple Street Capital went to UBS Securities Co., LLC.

This is UBS’ New York affiliate, not the UBS Securities Co., Ltd. that is openly affiliated with the Chinese communists, and which we incorrectly cited as the purchaser.

On the other hand, some of this evolution is in a far more frightening direction. It turns out that  three of the board members of UBS Securities Co. LLC are Chinese according to NTD.com.

Two of them, at least, have close ties to the Chinese government, according to NTD, and by the fact-checker for that matter.

We think that’s worse. The enemy you see is less dangerous than the one you don’t.

The “fact checker” says the UBS Securities didn’t buy Dominion Voting Machines but appears merely to have used the $400 million to acquire a partnership in Staple Street Co., Dominion’s owner. This was a month before the election.

How exactly is that better?

We are not offended by the fact checking. We are offended/angered/frightened, however, that these well-financed media “authorities” are more concerned about this story than the influence the Chinese government has obtained over one of our major voting machine suppliers.

It’s also worth noting that in another serendipitous coincidence, a company controlled by a rabid partisan Democrat acquired in July voting machine maker Hart InterCivic.

It’s not a theory when you have the documentation. Just saying that for my conspiracy theory fans.

Staple Street Capital III, L.P. sold $400 million in securities to UBS Securities Co., Ltd. as reveled 12:15 today, Dec. 1, by attorney Lin Wood in a cryptic tweet to a link to the sale’s SEC Form D.

The SEC Form D was filed Oct. 8.

Form D is the required notice for companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 under certain conditions.

The filing must be within 15 days of the sale.

Staple Street Capital is the New York-based, private equity firm that acquired Dominion Voting Systems in July 2018.

Dominion voting machines were used in 28 states, Nov. 3.

Many think they could be programmed to flip votes from one candidate to another or delete votes for an undesired candidate.

UBS Securities Co., Ltd. is a Chinese investment bank controlled by the Chinese government.

That’s right, it looks like the Chinese ran our election, at least in a lot of places. Do not concede Mr. President.

Bill Of Rights Commemoration Passes On The Banquet –Carris Kocher of the Bill of Rights Bicentennial Committee says this year’s Commemoration of the Bill of Rights — the groups’s 29th — will be a bit different this Dec. 15.

“To host a Bill of Rights Commemorative Banquet at a public restaurant and ask guests to abide by the state-imposed restrictions on our Liberties was unconscionable,” she said. “Especially in 2020! The 400th Anniversary of the Mayflower Compact, the beginning of self-government in the New World.”

Carris is asking that patriots pass out copies of the Bill of Rights; gather with like-minded friends and read it aloud; bring it up in conversation; ask their ministers to offer a special prayer of thanksgiving this Sunday for the blessings of civil and religious freedom, and their for their restoration; and to pray individually, for thanksgiving and repentence.

“Our freedoms hang by a thread, and, frankly, we are not deserving of their continuance. Our sins are many. But God is merciful. So let us humble ourselves, repent of our sins, and return to the God of our Fathers,” she said. “It may be that He will have mercy. That’s what the king of Nineveh hoped for. Di implied the “old friends” were behind Biden’s campaign.

 But now we’re seeing Biden was elected [laughter]. The traditional elite, the political elite, the establishment, they’re very close to Wall Street. So you see that, right? Trump has been saying that Biden’s son has some sort of global foundation. Have you noticed that? Who helped him [Biden’s son] build the foundations? Got it? There are a lot of deals in all these. [laughter, applause]

Yeah, and now it’s been established that Hunter Biden is the subject of a criminal investigation despite the pre-November squawking denials of the “old friends” in the establishment. If Hunter is owned, “The Big Guy” is too.

And it’s also been established that the Chinese targeted — and co-opted — American political figures, academics and, it’s safe to assume, media members.

These included former Democrat presidential contender Congressman Eric Swalwell of California’s 15th Congressional District, who was tapped for the House Intelligence Committee in his second term, an unusually fast track.

The Chinese appeared to have begun nurturing Swalwell when he was a Dublin City councilman. Kinda makes your stomach sink if you think about it.

The 2020 Election might have been an act of war. Treason was certainly involved.

Don’t doubt that Trump is the winner.

As President Trump weighs which course he may walk as his White House days grow short, he’s considering two paths.

The first is to watch from a distance, and not interfere with the incoming Biden administration. Biden’s early appointees, namely Chief of Staff Ron Klain, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alexander Mayorkas and phony-baloney climate envoy John Kerry are Obama-era retreads. Given that eight years of the Obama administration – which prominently included Klain, Mayorkas and Kerry – helped elect President Trump, the president’s thinking may be that Biden’s agenda will play out favorably for the 2024 GOP candidate. The president’s second option would be to issue a slew of Executive Orders designed to keep his America First policies alive and kicking for as long as possible.

Obama Gang Is Back in Town

Option One is President Trump’s wisest course. Klain, Mayorkas and Kerry have track records that will not create national unity, no matter how vigorously Biden calls for Americans to join together in his support. Klain was a Silicon Valley and tech monopoly lobbyist who at the outset of the pandemic condemned President Trump’s China travel ban and disparaged Americans who have “needless fears” about the disease – wrong and wrong again.

In retrospect, Klain’s remarks are staggeringly partisan and cataclysmically misinformed. In 2016, Klain joined TechNet, one of Silicon Valley’s most powerful lobbying groups. Klain will push to end employment-based visa caps, especially on the H-1B, a long-time goal that Google, Microsoft, Apple and other tech titans have sought to further displace U.S. workers.

The last thing that America needs, but will soon get, are powerful America Last lobbyists at Biden’s side. A Wall Street Journal analysis found that at least 40 Biden transition team advisors were or are, like Klain, registered lobbyists. Represented on Biden’s team are Uber, Visa, Capital One, Airbnb, Amazon and the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation executives. In 2019, lobbyists lavished nearly $3.5 billion on behalf of expanding foreign labor, more than twice their 1999 outlay.

Mayorkas is infamous for creating deferred action for childhood arrivals, DACA, an Obama-era program that without congressional approval grants affirmative benefits to unlawfully present aliens. In a 2017 PBS interview, Mayorkas proposed expanding DACA from its current 800,000 to an unspecified total that could reach into the millions.

From 2009 to 2013, Mayorkas oversaw U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the federal agency responsible for legal immigration. Mayorkas also intervened on behalf of connected Democrats to secure EB-5 citizenship-for-sale visas for wealthy international investors. A DHS Inspector General’s report found that Mayorkas intervened “outside the normal adjudicatory process,” and “in ways that benefited the stakeholders.”

Finally, perhaps for comic relief, Biden will add Kerry to his team. A failed U.S. Senator, a 2004 presidential loser and an inept Secretary of State, Kerry is an incessant climate nag whose actions belie his preaching. Kerry’s estimated net worth exceeds $3 billion, a fortune that enabled him to purchase a $12 million, 18-acre Martha’s Vineyard ocean front mansion not far from the Obama’s estate. Although Kerry labeled climate change as “perhaps the world’s most fearsome weapon of mass destruction,” his preferred personal travel mode is private jets, limos and luxury yachts.

Above all else, Biden, Klain, Mayorkas and Kerry share a commitment to increasing legal immigration from the current 1 million-plus annually, granting amnesty and encouraging illegal immigration. Biden’s policies will add millions of work-authorized persons to the labor pool and create a hiring bonanza for cheap labor-addicted employers. Millions of American voters rejected President Trump, but they’ll be surprised at the transformed America that Biden’s presidency is guaranteed to create.
