Les Gentiles Les Mechants Is An Anthem

Les Gentiles Les Mechants Is An Anthem — A video of a song becoming anthemic among France’s Gilets Jaunes (Yellow Vest) movement is exploding the right heads.

The music comes from the 1973 French hit Les gentils, les méchants by Michel Fugain with biting new lyrics by French singer Marguerite

The English translation of the title is “Good People, Bad People”. In Marguerite’s version she sarcastically refers to rich, elite, major media etc. as “good people” and the working class as the bad ones as that is how they are portrayed in the major media by the self-proclaimed elites.

Gilets Jaunes started as a protest against higher fuel costs instituted as part of a scheme by the “you (not me) must suffer to save the planet from global warming” French powers-that-be.

It is now becoming a worldwide thing addressing a myriad of issues ranging from child molestation by the rich and powerful to unrestricted immigration and unequal enforcement of laws.

Below is Marguerite’s video with English subtitles. Someone should send it to Gov. Wolf.
