Jame O’Keefe of Project Veritas decided to see what all the fuss was about concerning the security of the Mexican border.
So he crossed it.

He didn’t have any problems.

Pennsylvania OKs Tesla But Keeps Ban On Ford
SB 1409 allowing Tesla Motors of California to sell its hip electric cars directly to customers in Pennsylvania became Act 125 on July 9.
Today’s, Aug. 11, The Philadelphia Inquirer had a story praising the new law that amended the 1983 Board of Vehicles Act prohibiting car makers to sell directly to customers.
We think it’s great too, but why can’t Ford, GM, Toyota etc. have the same right?
Mark Gillen (R-128) who with Daryl Metcalfe (R-12) were the only nays in the State House wondered why Tesla gets this special privilege.
Good point Mark.
Gary Cobb Fights For Fathers
Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Gary Cobb is seeking the vacated Congressional seat long held by Rob Andrews in the staunchly Democrat 1st District of New Jersey.
He’s running as a Republican. Cobb, like many, started off as a D went to the GOP after watching how the policies of the Democrat Party destroyed African American families.
“(They were) an incentive for the man to leave the home, and it’s destroyed African-American families throughout the country,” he said.
“All my brothers and sisters have gone to college,” Cobb said. “The reason we were able to have some success was our dad was there, there was some discipline in the home.”
The 1st District includes Camden County and parts of Burlington and Gloucester counties..
He will face state Sen. Donald Norcross, who is brother of George Norcross, the one-percenter Democrat power broker who just lost control of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News.
The publications’ parent company, Interstate General Media, is now under the sole control of H.F. “Gerry” Lenfest, who bought out the shares of Lewis Katz following his death.
A private Google group called Gamechanger Salon set up by leftwing activist Billy Wimsatt has more than 1,000 members reports EAGnews.org
The members included a CNN contributor, two a U.S. News & World Report columnist and a producer for Al Jazeera American television.
The group’s existence was discovered by Media Trackers through an open records request filed with a University of Wisconsin professor who happened to be a member of the network.
What is discussed on the board is how to advance socialism through the media outlets entrusted to them.
It is proof positive of widespread dishonesty in the establishment media and that only a fool would trust it.

Michael Ledeen — a former consultant to the United States National Security Council, the United States Department of State, and the United States Department of Defense — has written at PJMedia.com that a theory has been seriously broached that the real target of the pro-Russian Ukrainian rebels who shot down Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 was Aeroflot airline AFL2074 that was filled with Russian passengers.
He said the idea was cooked up by Vladimir Putin for use as a pretext for the invasion of the Ukraine.

Prestigious New York University is bastion of progressive liberalism.
NYU and other bastions of progressive liberalism, the Louvre and the Guggenheim, are building edifices on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi in the mind -blowingly rich United Arab Emirates (UAE).
And they are using poorly paid indentured servants, whom they trap in the country and force to live in squalid conditions, to do the labor.
That’s right, our progressive liberals are oppressive slave masters.
Just something to consider the next time you want to attend an OWS rally.
Vice.com has a great article spelling out the sordid details here.
In a completely related matter, the world’s most expensive RV was sold in Dubai, also in the UAE, for $3 million. It is a 40-foot long eleMMent Palazzo from Marchi Mobile, an Austrian company.
It is covered with goal.
While our 1-percenters are generally irreligious — even anti-religious — this sort of thing does explain why they are generally less hostile towards Islam than Christianity.
Switzerland, a nation that has one of the highest standard of livings and one of the highest life expectancies in the world, does not have a minimum wage law.
The unemployment rate is 3.2 percent and hasn’t been over 4 percent for years.
Minimum wage law laws do not help workers. They don’t help anybody.

Kudos to Dayna Perry for winning a KIPP Foundation award for excellence in teaching, Aug.1.
Dayna is a teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Elementary Academy, a charter school in North Philadelphia. The award was bestowed on 10 teachers nationwide based on track records in improving student performance, commitment to helping students succeed and leadership in the classroom and their schools. It comes with $10,000.
KIPP stands for the Knowledge Is Power Program and is a national nonprofit network of 162 charter schools that are focused on preparing students for college.
Charter schools — including cyber ones — along with homeschooling and vouchers are the future, and salvation, of education in this nation.
The red-tape filled, union-ruled public schools are dinosaurs that deserve the tar pit.
You’re fat because your legs have nothing to do. Some machine is doing that for you.
At least that is the conclusion of an Stanford University School of Medicine study by Dr. Uri Ladabaum as reported by NPR.
Ladabaum looked at data collected by the federal NHANES program in 1988 and compared it to 2010 expecting to find that we have really started pigging out.
Nope. Caloric intake remained about the same. What was different, however, was that physical activity was a lot less. In the ’80s, 80 to 90 percent of people did at least some activity during their leisure time. About half say the same thing today.
For white and African-Americans — men and women — between 18 and 39 the number of those getting no activity more than tripled. For Mexican Americans, it doubled.
Dr. Tim Church, a professor of preventative medicine at Pennington Biomedical Research Center at Louisiana State University said that in 1960 about half of Americans had jobs that had a lot of physical activity. Today it’s about 1 in 10. He said that American men were burning 140 fewer calories during the day while women were burning about 120 fewer calories daily.
As a pound is usually considered equal to 3,500 calories that is more than a pound a month not being burned off.
Blame the internet.
Anyway, here’s the soundtrack for the story that we were sure you were waiting for:
