Trumpers Rally For Bachenberg In Philly — The Trump flags on Welsh Road at Roosevelt Boulevard were not part of a rub-it-in rally although many happy Philadelphians seem to think so judging by the thumbs up and horn honks.
Granted there was one motorist so triggered that after an angry tirade he left his vehicle running at the red light to make obscene gestures while gyrating his hips.
It was kind of funny in a sadistic way.
The reason for the event was to show support for Bill Bachenberg.
Bachenberg is seeking to be Pennsylvania Republican Party chairman. Opposing him is State Senator Greg Rothman (R-34).
Bachenberg is backed by President Trump. Rothman is supported by the old guard establishment and new senator Dave McCormick.
The election is Feb. 8. Voting will be the members of the state Republican Committee. This consists of every county party chairman with others being elected during a municipal primary. Regional straw polls are happening now.
We got an X message from a fairly prominent Pennsylvania conservative — who we like — defending Rothman’s character. He said we shouldn’t be mean to him.
We replied that the rank and file has lost all trust in the GOP establishment. Val DiGiorgio, who held the state party chairmanship before current boss Lawrence Tabas, appeared to actually want Josh Shapiro to become governor. And that’s not even accounting for this bunch or former Montco Republican boss Mike Vereb.
Vereb held a cabinet post in the Shapiro administration before having to resign in disgrace.
Much like DiGiorgio.
Bachenberg says the party is disorganized and its leaders poorly trained. Candidates get little support or guidance, he says.
Oh, we can attest to that, right Alfe?
A The Conservative Voice interview Bachenberg gave is flying around the web: Watch it here: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1155137072821203&rdid=351NRvKYYIPevTVp
Thank you Mina Quarles for letting us know about the event and and here are some pixs of today’s, Jan. 25, Philly rally.

The Republican Party in Pennsylvania is totally corrupted and a Yuge part of the problem.
A bunch of bums from top to bottom starting with Tabas on down to Agovino plus Bowden and Higgins at the local level in my municipality. Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe these clowns.
I have personally witnessed some of the most despicable, reprehensible behavior and rhetoric from elected so called leadership. Then combine with the fact we rarely have options in the Primary is it any wonder the General Election losses mount up year after year.
Never mind the fact the establishment does everything in its power to stop the GOP grassroots while allowing the Marxists democrats to win.
Don’t be upset with the all Democratic county council that raised taxes 20% twice in two years. They tell you what they are going to do and they do it. All our ire should be directed at Republican party “leadership” who consistently fail in their jobs.
