Massive Vote Fraud Established In Pennsylvania

Massive Vote Fraud Established In Pennsylvania — It’s certain that there was massive fraud in the election and Donald Trump is the winner.

Wednesday, Nov. 25, the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Committee chaired by Senator Douglas V. Mastriano (R-33) held a hearing regarding the Trump campaign claims.

Gregory Stenstrom — who has expertise in forensic computer science, security and fraud and who was a poll watcher in Chester — revealed that in now-Democrat-controlled Delaware County, the chain of custody was shattered for more than 100,000 ballots; all the legally established procedures were ignored; and 47 USB cards containing vital data have disappeared.

“All chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone,” he said. “All forensic evidence and all custody sheets are gone.”

Stenstrom’s testimony starts at the 52:50 mark here.

A source described the same thing on our site on Nov. 6.

The only fair solution is to throw out all of Delaware County presidential votes and hold new elections for the other offices.

Montco GOP Chairwoman Elizabeth Preate Havey testified starting at the 1:40:00 mark that county’s Democrat-controlled administration did not allow the Republicans meaningful view of the mail ballots at any time despite numerous requests. Further, the Republicans were initially told they “could not directly check the mail-in ballots”. The county agreed after push-back to allow two watchers in the counting room but they were never able to see the ballots up close, she said.

“There was no meaningful observation of the ballots,” she said. “And absolutely no check of the ballots by anyone other than the county staff — which is all run by the Democrats — as to whether or not these ballots met election code criteria.”

She said they could not check to see if voters voted twice or if voters were deceased.

“And with the removal of the signature . . . there was no way to protect against someone fraudulently voting for a registered voter,” she said.

She said this involved 200,000 ballots.

She said the Republicans were not provided with the county’s change in rules that allowed curing of the ballots. She said the county did not allow the GOP to have a representative present during the pre-canvass when it reviewed and contacted voters about defective ballots.

This type of pre-canvass was illegal, she said.

She said voters told her they received mail-in ballots even though they did nor request one.

She said at least 188 deceased people voted in Montgomery County.

Montco GOP Executive Director Julia Vahey followed Ms. Havey and said that she was one of the Republican observers that were finally allowed into the counting room.

“I was corralled into a small, narrow holding area which was blocked off by tables and Plexiglas barriers in the corner of the room,” she said. “I only had visibility to the space were ballots were flattened and scanned. This was a huge area and the closest scanner was approximately 6-feet away and the farthest approximately 25-yards away.”

She had no access or view of the room where the ballots were sorted, outside envelopes were inspected or were the outside and secrecy envelopes were opened. She said the space was divided from the scanning room by a large white wall.

It was a separate room although the county election board insisted it was all one.

“During our walk-through of the canvass facility, Sunday, Nov. 1, we argued that it was a separate room and were told by the County chief operating officer (Lee Soltysiak) that we would be able to view this space by security camera footage.”

She said the footage was streamed to a conference room on the other end of the building that was a four-minute walk away. She said the footage was of extremely poor quality and one could only see pixelated images of workers moving around the room and there was no ‘meaningful visibility’ of the ballots.”

She still lacks the information to tell voters that their vote was counted.

Col. Phil Waldron, a retired Army electronics/information warfare specialist, had maybe the most damning testimony starting at about the 1:09:00 mark.

He says his team has been working on voter machine manipulation since August but has joined with another team that has been involved with the matter since 2018 election after “after significant anomalies were observed in the Texas senate race between Democrat Beto O’Rourke and incumbent Republican Ted Cruz; and the Kentucky governor’s race between Democrat Andy Beshear and incumbent Republican  Matt Bevin. Cruz won his race but it was surprisingly close, while Beshear upset Bevin.

He said “many, many more” small teams of IT security people are investigating voting machine manipulation and finding it real.

“The voting systems in the U.S. and in Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated,” he said. “They’ve been used in elections around the world and stolen elections around the world in Venezuela, Italy, Argentina, Singapore, Bolivia (which is) closest two weeks ago.”

He said the systems are connected to the internet and to servers outside the United States.

He said there is no transparency as to how the voter information is processed or stored. He said the voting record is able to modified or delated by operators, administrators and outside threats. Operators can assign votes for write-in vote ballots, blank ballots or error ballots in large numbers that can be directed a particular candidate at the operators or supervisors discretion.

Waldron brought up the theft of USB drives from a Philadelphia election warehouse which we reported here.

He said he his experts think that possibly 1.2 million Pennsylvania votes were altered or fraudulent. He said only a detailed forensic analysis of the machines and software would truly show how many citizens had their civil rights violated.

Waldron described spike anomalies.

“These are events that where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that’s not . . . mechanically possible under normal circumstances.”

There is a manufacturer’s specified rate of speed as to the number of ballots that can be imaged and processed, he noted.

On Election Day there was a spike of about 337,000 votes added in “one big batch” in Pennsylvania in 90 minutes.

“That’s an anomaly in the reporting. Normally, you would expect to see a smooth curve going up not any big spikes . . . That big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting,” he said.

There were several other spikes through the night. Taken together they represented about 577,000 votes for Biden and about 3,200 for Trump.

Waldron and Rudy Giuliani made a claim that does not hold up in that 1.8 million absentee ballots were requested but 2.5 million returned. It’s conclusive that far more than 2.5 million absentee ballots were requested.

Waldron’s error may be due to bad labeling on the Department of State’s website.

Another troubling tidbit comes from State Rep. Don Moul (R-91). Moul said (2:28:55) he tried to get a requirement that mail-in ballots be barcoded but was told by Gov. Wolf that such a provision would be subject to automatic veto if it should hit his desk. Why should Wolf object to such a provision? Why don’t the self-proclaimed “watchdogs” in the old media ask?

Another bombshell came from Sen. Mario M. Scavello (R-40) who said at the 2:35:29 mark the legislature did not vote for the new machines but was done at the mandate of the governor.

Here’s the whole hearing:

Delco Vote Fraud Cited In Fed Lawsuit Says Fitton — We published a report , Nov. 6, from a trusted friend regarding an eyewitness account of massive vote fraud by the Democrats who now control Delaware County, Pa.

Yesterday, Nov. 9, investigative activist Tom Fitton gave more credence to the claim when he tweeted Delaware County, PA mail-in ballot count increased by 14,000 over several days with no explanation according to new federal lawsuit

Delaware County Vote Fraud Alleged

Delaware County Vote Fraud Alleged We got this from a trusted friend concerning Delaware County, Pa. Not saying you have to believe it but we do. Regardless, it’s something to keep in the back of your mind.

Our great Republic was murdered last night.

I haven’t been so angry and felt so helpless since I watched the Twin Towers get hit and go down, first hand, on 9/11.

I arrived back home last night at midnight from the Democrat controlled Delaware County, PA “vote counting” facility sickened by the blatant corruption and fraud I witnessed, with Leah Hoopes, over the previous 48 hours, having slept only two hours.

I personally documented tens of thousands of manufactured votes prop up Biden, engorging the popular count in Pennsylvania, and the flipping of the undercard elections from almost a sweep of Republican wins to Democrat candidate wins.

The Democrat mechanics that executed the fraud did not have the brain power to be the architects of the fraud.  It was diabolically designed to forensically destroy any meaningful audit trail that will make it incredibly difficult to challenge other than by testimony of the few that personally witnessed it, and had the expertise to understand what they were looking at.  That alone should be a weather vane to convince the citizenry of the fraud, that I will describe in detail in later posts, assuming Facebook permits it.

I provided my testimony in phone affidavits to lawyers throughout much of the afternoon, first to try to get injunctions to stop the “counting process” so we could show the fraud to the American citizenry, who I think would have been equally horrified, both Democrat and Republican. But, mine and similar efforts throughout the Pennsylvania Commonwealth were repeatedly squashed by local Democrat Election Boards, Democrat Judges, Democrat DA’s, Democrat Solicitors, a Democrat Governor, Democrat Cabinet, a 6-2 Democrat Supreme Court, and a Democrat infrastructure that has been assembled and installed at great expense over a period of over a decade, and an ineffective local Republican leadership and infrastructure, content on holding rallies, printing posters, and posting selfies in social media.

Leah Hoopes, her Delco Watchdogs, several veterans, and myself were among the only Republicans in Delaware County who watched and tried to stop the disaster by engaging legal assistance, documenting, and pleading with unhearing Democrat administrators, without any meaningful assistance from local GOP.  The only ones who helped were national GOP, many from President Trump’s staff who were overwhelmed by the nationwide debacle, the Thomas More Society, and Project Amistad.

What we saw the last three days was a trigger pull, not an “election.”  I personally did everything I could to stop it, including warning GOP officials starting four years ago that this election would be about who counted the vote, not who voted. Few listened.

The fact that millions of citizens physically went to the polls and voted or mailed in ballots was all kabuki theater, and was disassociated from the “counting process.”

I was most affected by the constant maniacal laughter and mirth of the large cast of exclusively Democrat officials, employees, and “volunteers,” who knowingly executed the fraud and thought the obvious corruption was hysterical.  I was even laughed at by the assistant to the Judge who wrote the order allowing me 5 minutes every 2 hours to see the most meaningful part of the process, and an unidentified male in the background on the phone, who I can only presume was the Judge himself.

What struck me most was all of the Democrat laughter I heard over the past 3 days, was it was never a derisive chuckle, or comparable to something you might hear watching an amusing comedy, but rather, a uniformly deranged, demonic cackle that mimicked Hillary Clinton’s.  It made my skin crawl.

Their laughter was directed at all of us.  They made no effort to hide their fanatic hatred of President Trump, and “Trumpsters,” and viscerally enjoyed participating in the dismantling of the elective process.

While tens of millions of President Trump’s supporters and those that love our Republic celebrated in rallies throughout our nation over the past four years, the Democrats sequestered themselves in basements and back rooms, and plotted, connived and manufactured a “voting process” that is simply a veneer of legitimacy that allowed them to choose the outcome of this election – and any they might care to allow in the future.

No one’s vote mattered to them.  Our Republic did not matter to them.

There are several remediative possibilities.  We may be able to forensically demonstrate fraud, among other litigative vectors, but the most obvious peaceful resolution that I can arrive at is a do-over that will provide transparency so that ALL our citizenry can participate in maintaining our Republic.

My affidavits, photos, diagrams, and all details I documented are being transcribed by multiple lawyers, and I will post them as soon as possible.

I advise prayer, contemplation and trust in our God, our citizenry, our Republic, and our President, while we sort this all out.

God Bless.

Delco Voter Books Missing; Does Dem Vote Fraud Loom?

We have received this press release from the Delaware County (Pa.) Republican Party and feel it is important to share.

Alarmed that a number of measures have not already been put in place, Tom McGarrigle, Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Party, called on the County’s Election Board to take immediate action to protect the integrity of the upcoming election and prevent the disenfranchisement of voters at the polls on Election Day.

Delco Voter Books Missing; Does Dem Vote Fraud Loom?
Delco First Assistant District Attorney Tanner Rouse is tasked to be the point man on election problems. Here he is bragging on social media about campaigning for Democrats. Yes, it’s concerning.

McGarrigle also expressed alarm that when at least two duly elected Judges of Election went to pick up their voter books from the Election Board today (Oct. 30), they had already been picked up by other individuals.  The Election Board was unable to determine who picked up the books, demonstrating a complete lack of basic safeguards and protections.  The location of the books, which are used to verify a person’s eligibility to vote at a polling place – and confirm they had not already voted by mail-in ballot — remains unknown at this time.

McGarrigle called on the Election Board to establish clear procedures and safeguards in three key areas:

1.  Ensuring the county’s 44 mail-in ballot drop boxes are closed and secured at 8 pm on Election Day, as well as providing for bipartisan oversight of the collection and delivery of those ballots;

2.   Preventing the disenfranchisement of voters by ensuring each polling location has ample provisional ballots to address the problem of many individuals never receiving their requested mail-in ballots (Note there was a problem in the primary election where many polling locations ran out of provisional ballots); and

3.  Establishing clear procedures with bipartisan oversight for segregating mail in ballots received after Election Day to ensure compliance with the recent opinion issued by the US Supreme Court.

“It is alarming that we are just days away from the election and the Election Board has failed to address many important issues related to ensuring a fair and secure election,” said McGarrigle.  “The county Republican Party has attempted to work in good faith with the Democratic run county government, but many of our concerns about the lack of transparency and details on steps being taken to ensure the integrity of the election have gone unanswered.”

McGarrigle said he was driven to take his concerns public because those concerns have gone unanswered and unaddressed.  He said the Delaware County Republican Party was informed that Tanner Rouse, the First Assistant District Attorney under Democratic DA Jack Stollsteimer was the county’s “point person” on addressing election concerns. He said that a number of questions and concerns have gone unanswered by Rouse and was bewildered when Rouse posted today on social media that he was out campaigning on behalf of Democrats Deb Ciamacca and Mary Gay Scanlon (see attached). McGarrigle noted the irony, particularly since the Chester Spirit reported shortly after Stollsteimer took office earlier this year that as a result of a new ethics policy he instated that “partisan activity was ceased” by employees of the DA’s office.

“It is unbelievable that the county’s point person on ‘fair elections’ who is responsible for reviewing and investigating any complaints from the Republican Party is engaging in campaign activities for one party while ignoring our requests to ensure the integrity of the elections,” said McGarrigle. “It’s a blatant conflict of interests and raises serious questions about whether our our concerns will receive an unbiased, fair review.”

“When voters approved Delaware County’s Home Rule Charter, they specifically established the Election Bureau as an independent entity free of the control of Delaware County Council to provide for fair elections and safeguard against improper influence by any one political party.  In the months leading up to the election, we have seen the complete politicization of the Election Bureau and Election Board by Delaware County Council.  County Council’s violation of the independence of the Election Board, the repeated violations of the Sunshine Act, lack of transparency, and the failures to safeguard the security of the election process need to be addressed.”

McGarrigle stated that to date the Election Bureau has failed to ensure compliance with state law that requires all ballots must be submitted by 8 pm on Election Day by establishing procedures to close and secure each of the county’s 44 drop box locations at that time. Currently, the county plans to have 4 vans drive to each drop box location and collect those ballots without any bipartisan oversight. That would also mean ballots could continue to be deposited in drop box locations well after 8 pm. McGarrigle called on the Election Board to immediately establish a process by which each drop box has a tamper-proof seal with a serial number placed upon it by the Judge of Elections for that precinct under the oversight of a watcher to remove any concerns that any ballot could be discarded or tampered with. He also called for a process by which watchers could monitor the travel of those vans until those drop boxes were delivered and properly secured.

McGarrigle said that there were rampant issues during the primary election of polling locations having insufficient provisional ballots on hand. McGarrigle predicted demand for provisional ballots would be even higher during the upcoming general election because many voters have not yet received their mail-in ballots from Delaware County, despite making their requests weeks ago.  During the primary election, the scarcity of provisional ballots at polling locations forced many Judge of Elections to require voters to wait for more to be delivered in order to vote provisionally. In some cases, voters left and did not return due to transportation issues or time constraints, resulting in the disenfranchisement of those voters.  He said the Delaware County Republican Party has repeatedly raised concerns about ensuring ample provisional ballots that have gone unanswered by the Election Board or the District Attorney’s Office.

McGarrigle also noted that the recent opinion issued last week by the US Supreme Court requires that all mail-in-ballots received after Election Day be segregated from the other mail-in ballots until the court can hear arguments and issue a decision on the case.  He said that the Election Board needs to establish a clear and secure process – with bipartisan oversight – for ensuring that mail-in ballots received after the Election Day are not co-mingled with other ballots.

“Given the politicization of the Election Board that has already occurred, these are fair but much-needed steps that need to be taken to provide reassurances and ensure the integrity of the process and provide for a fair, untainted election,” said McGarrigle.

McGarrigle explained that over the course of the past few months, there have been many irregularities related to the actions by Delaware County Council and the Election Bboard.  He said that going forward, there needs to be clear dividing between County Council and the Election Board to restore its independence. McGarrigle pointed to violations of the Sunshine Act, such as failing to provide public notice regarding agenda items before the Election Board.

He also expressed concern that County Council, on Oct. 7, approved $80,000 in no bid contracts, including a $53,000 contract to Today Media, the parent company of Main Line Today magazine, for “voter outreach.”  At the October 6th County Council agenda meeting, Councilwoman Christine Reuther stated that the contracts needed to be approved because the two companies were already doing the work and needed to get paid. Earlier this week, the contractors issued a communication under the name of the Delaware County Election Board that was never reviewed or approved by the members of the board or their solicitor.

“It is extremely concerning that there had been no explanation of why this work was not competitively bid , how the firms were selected, who selected them, and how they could enter into contracts with them before any approvals were given,” said McGarrigle.  “In addition, who is approving these communications from the Election Board without their knowledge or authorization?”

McGarrigle raised a number of other concerns as well, including failures to address problems of ballot harvesting and repeated failures by the majority of the Election Board to provide proper notification to the Republican representative on the board on a range of issues. McGarrigle also noted that the county’s establishment of an Election Working Group, which met regularly and included a quorum of both County Council and the Election Board, as well as other select, hand-picked organizations violated the Sunshine Act.  He said those meetings should have been open to the public.

Curt Weldon Roils Q Board

Curt Weldon Roils Q Board — The latest conspiracy claim is a doozy. It’s that Bush, Obama, Hillary, Leon Panetta, John Brennan and Biden let Osama Bin Laden live in comfort in Iran after 9/11.

Further, it goes that the SEAL team sent to kill Bin Laden actually got a body double, and that the SEALs who performed the mission were themselves set up in an ambush by the Obama-Biden administration to cover it up.

Update: Robert J. O’Neil, the SEAL who shot Bin Laden, has taken on the theory. “Very brave men said goodby to their kids to go kill Osama bin Laden. We were given the order by President Obama. It was not a body double,” he tweeted.

Further it claims that the Benghazi consulate attack was orchestrated to cover up that it was an American missile that took down the SEALs’ helicopter.

Finally, it claims the money Obama sent to Iran was to buy their silence.

The video, Benghazi Bombshell, describing it can be found here, along with a transcript.

Old friend and Congressman Curt Weldon is involved because he facilitated a meeting between Biden confidant Brian S Ettinger and internationally connected falconer Alan Howell Parrot, who claimed knowledge of Bin Laden’s whereabouts.

Parrot apparently recorded the Jan. 6, 2011 call and released audio and transcript on the web.

Here is how it excited the Q board on 8kun.com.

Here is the audio of Parrot’s conversation with Weldon.

In a more traditional scandal, The New York Post is reporting that Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to Vadym Pozharskyi, top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company.

Regardless of what happened to Bin Laden, the Bidens are dirty.

Chester Murder Rate May Top World With Soros D.A. — Sunday’s shooting of 56-year-old Enrie Wilson, gives Chester, Pa. six murders for the year and the year is only 50 days old. If the pace stands, Chester, with a population of 34,000, will end 2020 with 44 murders.

Will Jack act?

That would be a murder rate of 131 per 100,000, which would be second in the world behind Tijuana (138 per 100,000) and by far tops in the US more than doubling that of St. Louis which had 61 per 100,000 in 2018.

Is Delaware County’s new district attorney Jack Stollsteimer going to do anything about this? Is George Soros going to let him?

Walking Media Pa With John Gilmore

By John W. Gilmore

Media, a quiet little town just north of Chester, Pa., didn’t have much going on in the ’80s. The major hang out spot near where I lived was the Old State Tavern on Old State Road. It featured various local rock bands playing rock music, dance music, and pop music accompanied by drinking, dancing, and outright partying.

Walking Media Pa With John Gilmore
The Seven Stones Gallery in Media, Pa.

People often visited the most popular restaurant, the Plumstead, located downtown at the center of everything. That’s not true anymore. When I arrived to take my walk 2020 and explore the new happenings I almost got lost because the landscape had changed so much and so much more was going on. I parked my car on East State St. and headed toward downtown not even knowing if I were headed in the right direction.

I passed large buildings encircling a large flat park near State and Manchester. It didn’t look the same as I remembered. Several sets of old concrete steps led up to the large open space dotted tastefully with just a touch of trees and greenery. Upon further inspection I realized that there had been houses in that field. They had been knocked down, only leaving the stairways for the continued use of the new residents.

The town had been subjected to major construction. As I got back in my car circling for some familiar reference point I noticed several large buildings and a very large number of banks for such a small town. I finally found a free parking place next to a clump of churches on Church and Franklyn Sts. in front of the Media Presbyterian Church. Near the churches and in the downtown section there was not a spot of dirt or piece of trash anywhere. The building’s were even clean, showing very few signs of wear and tear.

I parked my car, since there was no no-parking sign, and headed north toward the center of town walking past a Citizens Bank. I was perplexed for a moment. I thought it was a TD bank when I drove in. I noticed a TD Bank to the right of the Citizens Bank touching it, and a large WFSC Bank right across the street with a United Savings Bank nearby.

There were many thriving local businesses: JP Cleaning; Baker Printshop; Media Fellowship; and the House Restaurant in large two and three story buildings–some with bevelled roofs and old fashion fire escapes.

Walking down the street reminds you of the old times in the ’50s and ’60s when people didn’t spend their time shopping in enclosed spaces, but took themselves out into the natural elements scurrying from one store to the next during winter months and strolling, slowly during beautiful spring days doing their weekly shopping.

On the left you’ll find an old fashioned hardware store, on the right, Deals, not a dollar store, but something resembling a 5 and 10 cent store. A myriad of restaurants and shops all under matching green awnings along with the Media Town Mall located at State and Orange stand out. The old Plumstead is now replaced with an upscale bar named Brick and Brew. I can see the dark brown stools bolted to the floor with customers eating, drinking, and cavorting in the middle of the Friday afternoon. It is surprisingly full, located next to a large, open courtyard overlaid with dark brown bricks and benches where people can pass through down to Baltimore Pike, or just sit and look at some of the other shops or watch people passing by in this small downtown section within a downtown section. Several shops are closed waiting for the weekend onslaught, but the open ones have plenty customers.

The choices of shops to visit are many for such a small strip of road and the parallel block of Bethlehem Pike just around the corner. Everything from bookstores to nail salons, from 7 Stones Store, which sells spirituality odds and ends to juice bars, from gyms to Massage Therapy and Healing Centers all right there, within a few blocks, along with a variety of food and restaurants.

Making my way to the end of the street I retrace my steps looking for a quick lunch spot.

I finally stop at Jaco’s Taco and Juice Bar, order a large orange juice and two Tijuana Style tacos. I take the last open table. The places at the bar fill completely as I watch people pouring in and wonder where all of these people are coming from during the middle of the day. Seems that this lazy, little town has become a hotspot in the Delaware County.

Delco Dem Refugee Resettlement Scheme Spawns Petition

Delco Dem Refugee Resettlement Scheme Spawns Petition — The new all-Democrat Delaware County Council started its term, Jan. 8, by voting 5-0 to send a letter to the Department of State, directing them to authorize “refugee resettlement consistent with the authorization provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”

A petition is being circulated to stop the madness and you can sign it here.

What Pennsylvania’s Democrats want to stick us with is the Pennsylvania Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP) which provides federally-funded services to refugees in accordance with federal statutes and regulations and the Commonwealth’s State Plan.

So does this help starving children fleeing religious oppression? Frankly, it seems more likely to bring in MS-13.

The Pennsylvania Refugee Resettlement Program provides a continuum of employment, educational, case management, health, and financial support services to newly arrived refugees in the Commonwealth. So rather than helping newlyweds, single moms, the elderly or veterans it seems far more likely that it will make the newlyweds, single moms, the elderly and veterans help MS-13.

its services include:

  • Employment Programs
  • English as a Second Language (ESL) programs
  • Targeted Assistance
  • Interpretation and Translation
  • Citizenship Preparation courses
  • Asylee Outreach Project
  • Services to Older Refugees
  • Information Referral
  • Unaccompanied Refugee Minors Program
  • Vocational ESL for Cuban and Haitian refugees
  • TANF employment and training programs

Sign the petition. If someone in the Pennsylvania swamp — likely Democrat but not necessarily – tries to make you feel hardhearted about not wanting to give your hard-earned resources to assist those whose need is dubious and who have presented an historic danger, ask why they are not giving their far greater and not-so-hard-earned resources to you.

Update: We have been told that the Democrat-controlled Chester County Board of Commissioner has also consented to refugee resettlement.
