Barr Forbid Fraud Investigations Says President — President Trump, at yesterday’s talk at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) revealed that “a day ago (he) received a statement from the U.S. attorney, highly respected, in Pennsylvania, that Bill Barr would not allow him to investigate voter fraud.”

The following directive is effective immediately: a. County Boards of Elections shall not provide physical, electronic, or internal access to third parties seeking to copy and/or conduct an examination of state-certified electronic voting systems, or any components of such systems, including but not limited to: election management software and systems, tabulators, scanners, counters, automatic tabulating equipment, voting devices, servers, ballot marking devices, paper ballot or ballot card printers, portable memory media devices (thumb drives, flash drives and the like), and any other hardware, software or devices being used as part of the election management system.

Well this is how they explain it:
Demands have been made to allow third party entities not directly involved with the conduct of elections to have access to electronic voting systems, specifically to review and copy the internal electronic, software, mechanical, logic, and related components of such systems. These demands have included the desire to image electronic memory spaces, to download operating systems and software, and to copy information that is internal and proprietary. Such access by third parties undermines chain of custody requirements and strict access limitations necessary to prevent both intentional and inadvertent tampering with electronic voting systems. It also jeopardizes the security and integrity of those systems and will negate the ability of electronic voting system vendors to affirmatively state that such systems continue to meet Commonwealth security standards, are validated as not posing security risks, and Page 2 of 2 are able to be certified to perform as designed by the electronic voting system vendor and as certified by both the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the Department of State.
Seriously?
The Senate is not directly involved with the conduct of elections? Oversight?
Seems somebody wants something hidden. A responsible authority interested in a universally accepted outcome and that was confident of the certified election tally would not hesitate to cooperate with an audit.
Biden won Pennsylvania by 80,000 votes according to the official results. Showing minor mistakes and petty fraud would never give Trump what’s necessary for victory. Only demonstrating massive, orchestrated, hitherto unimaginable fraud could flip things.
Does the Wolf administration think such a thing possible? Then why the fight and why the fear of an audit?
We can think of only one explanation.
If you doubted the election was stolen before, don’t doubt now.
Update: Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-33), who is leading the fight for the audit, has responded saying the each standing committee of the Pennsylvania Senate is authorized by law to “investigate the books, papers, documents, data, operation of physical plant of any public agency in this commonwealth, including county election boards.”
He notes that this has been consistently upheld by the state Supreme Court.

Senator Mastriano and Senator Ward , initiated the assessment performed by WAKE TSI, of Fulton County PA. He was well aware that time was of the essence and pertinent to get out subpoenas to ensure information was not wiped from the tabulation machines. These letters were sent in February. These audits are being managed for a reason. Mastriano has not sent subpoenas.
He just sent letters, however, giving three counties an additional three weeks to respond. The counties are Philadelphia, York and Tioga . UHM what? For those that don’t know they don’t count votes in Philly, that is a lost cause.

The only County with an election case at this point in time is Delaware County PA, in which we have a mountain of evidence, of who , what , when and how. Antrim Voting Machines Internet Connected — Matthew S. DePerno, the attorney leading the investigation into the Antrim County, MI voting irregularities during the Presidential Election tweeted, at 2:09 a.m., June 9 that: The Antrim County election management system (EMS) was REMOTELY and successfully logged into anonymously on 11/05/2020 at 5:55 PM and again on 11/17/2020 at 5:16 PM. Yes, that is correct . . . REMOTELY.
2. Those dates are significant because they correspond directly to the dates the county and SOS were trying to correct the intentional computer problems that subverted the election. These logons appear to have escalated privileges at the time of logon. Again . . . REMOTELY
3. But we were told there was no internet connection. In an accredited system, an anonymous user should not be authorized by the accreditation authority, but would instead be required to enter a specific user name and password to utilize the system.

President Pushes Pennsylvania Audit — President Trump just put on his Telegram channel this exhortation for Pennsylvania to do a full audit of the Nov. 3 vote.
Great patriots led by State Senator Doug Mastriano, Senator Cris Dush, and State Representative Rob Kauffman went to Maricopa County, Arizona, to learn the best practices for conducting a full Forensic Audit of the 2020 General Election. Now the Pennsylvania Senate needs to act. Senate President Jake Corman needs to fulfill his promise to his constituents to conduct a full Forensic Audit. Senator Dave Argall, Chairman of the State Government Committee, has to authorize the subpoenas, if necessary. The people of Pennsylvania and America deserve to know the truth. If the Pennsylvania Senate leadership doesn’t act, there is no way they will ever get re-elected!
Why would there be any objection? A full and fair audit would reveal a full and fair election and a major source of division would be resolved. Right?
Democrats Flubbing Delco Election Was Not A Flub — The May 18 Pennsylvania Primary Election has spawned criminal investigations concerning Dominion voting machines in Fayette and Luzerne counties.
In Fayette, ballots were rejected in all 77 precincts. While most races were inter-party contests, there were ballot questions of statewide significance.
In Luzerne, Democrat headers were placed on the top of Republican ballots.
Georgia Audit Bizarre Happenings — Henry County (Ga) Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled May 21 that 145,000 November absentee ballots in Fulton County, which includes Atlanta, may be audited using private funds.
It’s not that much different than what a consortium of media outlets did after the 2000 election in Florida.
Bizarrely, the powers-that-be in the state are trying to stop it with no holds barred.
Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections hired Donald Samuel and Amanda Palme of Atlantas’ prominent law firm of Garland, Samuel and Loeb to try to stop it. The firm still brags, along with a lot of things, about how they got Ray Lewis off the hook for murder back in 2000.
Anyway, on May 29, the door of the facility holding the ballots was found open by private security guards. The sheriffs assigned by the judge to guard it had disappeared.
The county had banned the security team from parking in its lot and so the team was using the street when they heard the alarm.
The ballots, which were further secured inside, appear to be uncompromised.
These incidents are troubling and bewildering for those confident of an honest election.
The 2001 media audit in Florida found that Bush probably did beat Gore, and helped ease doubts of cheating.
Concerning the behavior of the powers-that-be, which includes Republicans, in Arizona, Michigan, New Hampshire and Georgia, the doubts are only increasing.
This battle is not about “Republicans vs Democrats” or “liberals vs conservatives.” It’s about those who want to be kings and the rest of us.
